Efficient, beautiful, quiet, durable and high tech!

Wife is super happy about it and work flawlessly. Very easy to use and also having the capability of connecting to your smartphone through the LG Thin Q app to control everything about it is a major plus. It also give you diagnostic information on the app just in case something does happen to it.

Very smooth and quiet machine! My previous machine was a Samsung and doesn't come close to this LG. I love the app that you can download to keep track of the items washing or even when to clean your machine!

Bought LG after I purchased the Samsung washer and dryer. Couldn’t even get the Samsung washer to start. That’s when I changed my mind to go with a different brand. So glad I did. Going forward, it’s only LG.

Great washing machine as of now. We only have owned I it for 3 weeks. Seems to be a reliable washing machine, cleans in 30 minutes! Easy to use, great clean, lots of different cycles. Blue tooth capability.

Love this washer. The inside is huge, large enough to wash a comforter. It does not have a ton of bell and whistles but enough to make it a very good option. I was looking for a washer with a reasonable price with a delicate option. Its great!

GREAT washer. the first one we got did not work right at delivery. Best Buy customer service (Carlos) was awesome. They got us a new one. My wife LOVES the large capacity. Best Buy also gave us a gift card for the delay in the new one coming out. That is why I always buy with Best Buy!!

LOVE MY NEW WASHER. VERY QUIET AND EASY TO OPERATE

This is our first washer with an impeller, have it 7 days; already returning it, don’t understand all the 5 star reviews.Typical load of wash in deep setting is 58 minutes, God forbid it senses a balance problem in the final 10 minute spin, it adds 25 more minutes and refills the giant drum, now your at 1 1/2 hours, if you hit extra rinse in normal it defaults to deep mode?? I think without center agitator, you’re prone to have balance problems no matter how you load this machine. It uses an incredible amount of water in deep mode, we have to stand watch and babysit this machine, that’s not the way to do laundry. Going back to an agitator .

Good product ,good quality, quiet, very good option for price

Lots of choices for different types of clothing and sizes. It's a workhorse already and I love it. No complaints about this or the matching dryer. I highly recommend this after searching for weeks and asking for recommendations from others and visiting the retailers.

The machine works great. This is the first time I have had an impeller machine, and I am very pleased with it. The sales person was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The machine was delivered and installed on time by two very professional gentleman. Thanks, Best Buy!

I would give it 5 stars but I haven’t had it long enough. So far I don’t have any complaints. I love how it can hold large loads and I use my machine everyday. I would say it’s a bit louder then I’m liking but not so bad. It’s a sleek look and like that it plays a sound when my wash is done. If your a tech person you’ll like it connects to an app.

My wife had this machine at her parents house before we got married. After some research this one kept showing up as a good product. Went and ahead and purchased this for our home and 16 months later it is going great as expected. LG is usually a good company but one thing they are great at is washers and dryers.

Great capacity. Awesome job at load sensing. Washes the clothes, which is amazing! I have switched from a front loader and am so happy I did. This washer is fantastic!

Works well overall. Does a good job with everything we've thrown at it. There are two minor inconveniences. If you wash on the normal setting it won't get all of your clothes wet. You simply have to use the deep wash setting or turn on the water plus feature. The only other issue is the detergent tray isn't designed well. After each load a lot of water is left in the tray, so if you go to do another load, you might not be able to get as much detergent in the tray as you want. We're happy with it so far. Longevity is yet to be determined. The matching dryer is utter garbage.
