It definitely saves water and uses sensors to determine the length of each load. Easily the best washing machine we’ve ever purchased. We’ll worth the price.

Had many problems with the same washer that was less than 2 years old. So bad, received a credit from LG after 2 months of fight. Yes we had the extended warranty etc. If any problems with this one would much rather deal with Best Buy than Assurian. Go Geeks.

Last 6 months its been making weird noises off and on and once and awhile an error code pops up. Now it won't spin during the rinse cycle. Trouble shooting suggestions are obvious, check filter or crimped drainage hose. Neither is the problem so need service tech.

This washer balance the clothes well before start the program and the ThinQ does a great job. When it spins there is NO vibration. It's amazing. I love this washer machine.

I previously had a Maytag and considered that a very reliable with the capacity to wash blankets and comforters. However, the LG is deeper. I was amazed at how much I could put in there.

The run time is a little longer than expected. The flexibility of adding a cycle seems limited. I tried to create a new one for my bicycle clothes, I was not able to customize it for what I wanted. Good capacity.
