This washer was a huge upgrade from our old 2009 washer. Does a great job. We paid for best buy to move it and haul away the old one. Best $$ ever spent.

This is my first Top Load washer from LG; previously I had SAMSUNG set from Best Buy and I had it for 8 years. No issues other than the hose started to smell. I was going to replace but never got around it. This is a good machine but my concern is that with heavy load, it takes a while (like more than 1hr to wash). I haven't had this type of washer so still getting used to it. I would advice that this is an Impeller washer. I have not used this type of Washer before so I am having some trouble with large loads. I am still going to continue to figure out how to use it properly (I don't want to waste too much water)

Best top load washer without agitator out there. Cleans the clothes well and doesnt tear things apart nor you no longer will have sweat pants with strings get caught in the agitator. has a clean cycle to run after 30 washes and it defiently cleans up the drum and should be done on schedule. Connect to the WIFI to get alerted when cycles complete. Best washer we have owned.

Great washer. Lots of settings. I've not yet connected it to wifi but it can be connected. LG suggests the use of less detergent. I have found that the washer cleans best with liquid as opposed to pods. Concerned about high spin levels and need to invest in something for the legs to mitigate movement. The spin cycle speed can be adjusted low to medium. The faster spin cycles require some patience so I don't use them.

Love the washer, so quiet and the clothes come out quite dry after the spinning process. Highly satisfied with this purchase

so far this LG Washer has been great! Easy to use and the clothes are almost dry due to the patented tornadic spin cycle

Its a great washer, because it can hold massive amounts of laundry and overhead loaders don't typically get mold. However, sometimes the timer is way off. It's has said 57min, but the wash actually took 1.5hrs.

The washer has a very large capacity and I have noticed my clothes look, smell, and feel so clean. I couldn't be more pleased.

Love this washer, it is very quiet and I love the way you can adjust the washing cycles to the load size and the kind of wash you want .

Very pleased with the performance. Have to use a flash light to display the fine tuning control selections.

So far this product has been an excellent replacement for my Whirlpool washer

I'll review Best Buy because they were awesome and onetime. In and out of my home in 10 Minuets. 5 Stars for them. As far as this new Washer it works as expected. It's an exact replacement for one we purchased less that 5 years ago. The first one the buttons stopped working a year ago. Parts weren't available however I was able to repair myself. Finally it just wouldn't power up so this is the reason to replace. I recommend you purchase the extended warranty with these cheap machines 2 Stars for LG and their crap.

First new washer in decades and this great. It's a bit deep compared to my old washer but we are learning to adapt.

I like this washing machine but it’s difficult for me to reach all the way to the bottom. I use a chair to raise me so I can reach all the clothes at the bottom,

My old washer broke down so saw this on was on sale and had a lot of room 5.5 for a great price

The best thing to happen to us was washer/dryer thank you can't say no more
