    We replaced our garbage Samsung Washer that had broken down with this LG. So far the washer works great. Did discover that this washer must be setup on a drip pan correctly or it will have a really loud noise while running. The delivery people from Bestbuy put it dirrectly on the pan. You must extend the feet.

    Seems to be washing laundry as well as my old Maytag used to. I don’t need all the complex programmes on the control panel, just a machine that does the job efficiently. Sometimes loading the drum so that it is not out of balance when spinning can be a nuisance (although a necessity for the longevity of the machine I am sure).

    It was past time for replacing my 25+ year old washing machine. Delivery and setup from Best Buy were great. And the automatic load sensing takes care of any decision about the amount of water used. As I've figured out what settings will achieve my particular washing needs at the time I've come to love the new washer more and more.

    We replaced 17 year old high end front load washer with this LG and love it. I’m amazed how much laundry it holds and how quickly it washes givens its weight sensors. We did have to replace the first washer brought to us, but Best Buy was fantastic about it. Best Buy now has an Appliance fan as we had issues with their major competitor.
