The process of buying a new washer and dryer was effortless. Sales person was terrific. The delivery folks were also the best. We’ve had the washer and dryer for a couple of months and it’s been fabulous.

Love this washing machine, connecting to the wifi was a little difficult but once I got connected I love all the app features

LG used to make the washing machines for Kenmore Elite so this technically a repeat purchase. Controls are the same and easy to use and has a "Spin Only" feature. Only complaint is that to service machine, you have to take off casing from the back.

We have a LG Frontloader for 5 years. The machine performed mechanically well except for the consistent mold and foul smell. We finally decided to switch to the toploading washer and were very happy with this machine: large washing capacity, no more mold, and bad smell problem.

Every 2 years I have bought a new washer because they don’t last, we are a lot in the family and I have tried every washer brand, and every 2 years they go bad, and this has been the best washer I have gotten so far!!!

Absolutely LOVE this washer! With 1 tiny issue- I am 5’3 & can’t reach down into machine to get clothes out - lol. Actually bruised rib trying to jump & grab! Got step stool so all fine!

works well no issues. I intentionally bought this washer for the size of the drum for washing large bedding items. It has no issues with a queen size comforter that my old washer could not fit. It's also fast on smaller loads and does a good job.

Not a lot of settings like some other machines but I don’t use most of those anyway. I’ve only had the machine for a month so time will tell if it holds up. So far so good. Cleans clothes well. Even my husband’s construction clothes come out clean.

Great machine, does everything that one needs a washer to do, Just a little too deep.

it is top load machine with 5.5 cu ft size. it is quiet too

Huge tub. Easy settings. I don’t care for the auto lock lid. I also don’t like how little water it uses. I prefer my clothes to be submerged in the water.

We have had it for about 3 weeks now and it’s great. We have always had whirlpool washers and went with LG this time…so glad we did. It has many great features like the download feature. My only drawback is it’s louder than my other whirlpool washers.

Terrible washer. I had a front load LG washer that I had for 12 years before this and I am so disappointed. We moved and left the washer and dryer thinking I can get another one but only bigger and it’s terrible. I washed a king and queen sheet set with downy unstopables on hot and the machine didn’t even break it down so I had to do w quick rinse to get rid of it. Imagine how clean my sons’ baseball pants are getting. Also, I’m 5ft tall and have to get a step stool to take clothes out comfortably. I will have to sell this in the future when I get older and can no longer throw half my body in there to grab socks from the bottom. I should’ve looked at the return policy but now it’s too late.

Cleans my clothes really well. It took a little getting used to because I am used to old school washers but once I got it…oh baby!! I am done with washing in a flash! I’m talking two, very clean loads at a time! I am about to purchase the dryer:)

Not the measurements it says it has, It's a smaller washer. We exchanged it for a newer model but I'm not very pleased with its performance. I noticed the one they installed was not new

Replaced my washer with this newer model. It has a deep wash cycle, which helps with bigger loads because you can add more water to the washer with this feature. It also has several addiyional features. Love the color, but a little more expensive than other brands.

This washer is a time saver. The different wash options and the efficiency of the washer reduces drying time which allows me to get more done. I have nothing negative to say about the washer.

I thought a washer without an agitator would work for me. It does't. Most of the time the clothes are off balance and blankets and sheets wind up in a ball on one side of the washer. I have to physically take the wet items out and reposition them for the wash to complete. FORGET ABOUT IT.

This is junk the bearings go out every 3 years. It costs more to replace the bearings basket and clutch to fix the washing machine. Several folks quoted $900 to fix it. So buy it for $750 and every 3 years pay $900 to fix it. Buyer BEWARE! Warranty 1 year only

It is deep but I am a little disappointed about the mildew smelling clothing. You have to buy cleansers to run for self cleaning. It is so easy for your clothes to come out with that bad smell. But otherwise, it is a good machine. Do I regret buying...jury is still out.
