Not satisfied with washer

Also, the top is always dripping wet after a cycle so when I lean in to get the clothes out of the washer I get soaked. And, the washer moves a lot while spinning. This is my third LG washer the other two are amazing. One I replaced after twenty years and it never had any problems. Another I have in my second home and works wonderfully.

My only issue is that the delicate cycle doesn't appear to be as gentle as machines used in the past. (Delicate cycle is still over 55 minutes) This washing machine is also a bit loud. Overall, it works well and does what it's supposed to do. It looks nice and I love the mobile app integration.

The machine performed mechanically well except for the consistent mold and foul smell. We finally decided to switch to the toploading washer and were very happy with this machine: large washing capacity, no more mold, and bad smell problem.

With 1 tiny issue- I am 5’3 & can’t reach down into machine to get clothes out - lol. Actually bruised rib trying to jump & grab! Got step stool so all fine!

Sales person was terrific. The delivery folks were also the best. We’ve had the washer and dryer for a couple of months and it’s been fabulous.

We have always had whirlpool washers and went with LG this time…so glad we did. It has many great features like the download feature. My only drawback is it’s louder than my other whirlpool washers.
