Great toploader washer. Has a big washing space inside. Nice view from glass door when it's washing, though sensitive to unbalanced load which sends out and error message.

Great washing machine but very deep where I couldn’t reach the clothes to put them in dryer. I am 4’10 and it is way too deep for me so I exchanged it for a front load and paid the difference

Nice, large capacity with reasonably simple controls. A little too aggressive wash cycles for my stuff, and a little expensive for what it is, otherwise descent machine.

Great machine. Love that the machine has an app to use and you can download different washes that are not on the machine.

I love this product. I wasn't sure what to buy and ended up speaking with a knowledgeable salesman. The washer went on sale for 100 less and I got the difference removed from my balance!!

 I really like this item. The clothes are very clean and it doesn’t take that long. Makes doing laundry a lot easier.

Purchased the item online and it was delivered 3 days later. Super easy process and the delivery guys were excellent. Removed the old washer and installed the new one. Washer seems solid so far through the first handful of washes.

I have owned this washing machine in 2 different homes and will continue to go back to LG because it is exceptional.

This is an awesomem machine. It cycles so fast. I went from a front load back to a top load and will never go back.

Looks good, had it only a couple weeks so not much use yet but seems to do the job. Great installation man (which doesn't always happen!). Reasonably priced. Lousy instructions but you can go online to get some a little better.

Great washer. Had a Samsung that broke after a year it was junked out and I replaced it with this one. So much better job of cleaning.

This will be my first washer buy for my new home!! The delivery guys came in and installed it showed me how it work the smart features . Get to have the LG app with it !!

Works well after almost a month! The only negative thing to say is it has a high pitched squeal at some points in the cycle. It even gets my husband’s dirty/oily work clothes clean!

Washer is great, just one concern, when using cold or warm water, it seems like the opposite is coming out. Maybe due to installation.
