LG used to make the washing machines for Kenmore Elite so this technically a repeat purchase. Controls are the same and easy to use and has a "Spin Only" feature. Only complaint is that to service machine, you have to take off casing from the back.

Terrible washer. I had a front load LG washer that I had for 12 years before this and I am so disappointed. We moved and left the washer and dryer thinking I can get another one but only bigger and it’s terrible. I washed a king and queen sheet set with downy unstopables on hot and the machine didn’t even break it down so I had to do w quick rinse to get rid of it. Imagine how clean my sons’ baseball pants are getting. Also, I’m 5ft tall and have to get a step stool to take clothes out comfortably. I will have to sell this in the future when I get older and can no longer throw half my body in there to grab socks from the bottom. I should’ve looked at the return policy but now it’s too late.

Not a lot of settings like some other machines but I don’t use most of those anyway. I’ve only had the machine for a month so time will tell if it holds up. So far so good. Cleans clothes well. Even my husband’s construction clothes come out clean.

Huge tub. Easy settings. I don’t care for the auto lock lid. I also don’t like how little water it uses. I prefer my clothes to be submerged in the water.

This is junk the bearings go out every 3 years. It costs more to replace the bearings basket and clutch to fix the washing machine. Several folks quoted $900 to fix it. So buy it for $750 and every 3 years pay $900 to fix it. Buyer BEWARE! Warranty 1 year only

Replaced my washer with this newer model. It has a deep wash cycle, which helps with bigger loads because you can add more water to the washer with this feature. It also has several addiyional features. Love the color, but a little more expensive than other brands.

I love my washing machine/dryer set. This machine leaves clothes clean. It has great features.

This washer is a time saver. The different wash options and the efficiency of the washer reduces drying time which allows me to get more done. I have nothing negative to say about the washer.

I thought a washer without an agitator would work for me. It does't. Most of the time the clothes are off balance and blankets and sheets wind up in a ball on one side of the washer. I have to physically take the wet items out and reposition them for the wash to complete. FORGET ABOUT IT.

We love our new washer. We like how it measures the load and adjusts the wash cycle accordingly. Definitely saves time and energy. Also the clothes are almost dry when they’re done so they don’t need much dryer time.

Cleans my clothes really well. It took a little getting used to because I am used to old school washers but once I got it…oh baby!! I am done with washing in a flash! I’m talking two, very clean loads at a time! I am about to purchase the dryer:)

Really nice machine. Soooo glad we no longer have the issues with mildew like our previous front load unit. The only issue is my wife is only 5'1". She cannot easily gets the clothes out of the bottom. She needs a stool.

Not the measurements it says it has, It's a smaller washer. We exchanged it for a newer model but I'm not very pleased with its performance. I noticed the one they installed was not new

I've never hated a product I purchased more. The spin cycle on this was so aggressive that my clothes all came out like little accordions. Beyond wrinkled! When custom decreasing the spin cycle, then my clothes came out too wet. When troubleshooting this, I read that perhaps my loads were too big. Why make a drum this big if you can't have big loads? And my loads were not aggressively huge either! Just normal based on what you would expect this capacity to handle. I wanted to love this as it was perfect for my space, but returned it as soon as I was able. Switch to a new front loader and the difference was night and day.

Product is fantastic. Everyone was helpful and very professional. Texting communication was excellent. I have had many text or phone conversation which were difficult, so this was such a pleasure.

Washer is beyond excellent! Love the deep water settings, extra rinse, temp controls, in speed. This washer had it all! Delivery time was mot bad 3 days. Installers were great.

The turbowash feature has a bug that water supply was not controlled correctly based on the load that the washer contained instead of the washing time which causing soap was not rinsed clean , and a second wash was required to clean out soap from clothes. The Cold wash supply too much unnecessary Waterloo wash causing clothes not rubbed to be cleaned!

I bought this to replace a 10 year old dryer that was putting black marks on my clothes. Works pretty well, but I find it misses the mark on towels and bedding. The sensor adjusts the time and the items are typically always damp when the dryer stops. Still working on how to work around that.

LG is literally the best in appliances, the technology and the quality of this washer is just awesome. I will continue choosing LG as one of the best good brands.
