We are trying to figure out how to place clothes in the drum so it stays in balance. The last wash we did we had better success but it is still a challenge.

We opted for this one with an impeller and decided to give it a try. We had it for about two months and in my opinion, it just wasn't getting our clothing clean. I have grandkids and their clothes still had an odor afterwards. I had to wash them twice to even get them to smell fresh & clean. Also didn't feel like the water covered the clothes completely. I liked how big it was inside the drum, but unfortunately we switched it out for one with an agitator.
