    All works great until the motherboard gets fried and your wet clothes is stuck untill the LG repair guy comes a week later. Besides thats its a great washer.

    I bought a washer and dryer both LG Washer had a bad seal and leak, causing the clutched short out and the rest of the washer. Geek squad’s been out twice. It still doesn’t run. I’ve got a call into LG to come out to try to fix it. It’s been a month and they just can’t get it fixed and will not replace it.

    Needed a washer fast, my mistake not reviewing it first. Bought an open box, so maybe that's part of some of it, like it re-setting and starting the cycle over in the middle of a load. Pro's- Looks nice. Cons- Too tall to reach in comfortably. I'm 6' and have a hard time getting clothes out of the bottom, for my 5'7" wife it's almost impossible. Soap dispenser inside is unhandy, miss my old machine with auto-dispense. Feel it really needs an agitator, seems like on bigger loads some of the clothes just sit there. Settings take forever to complete a cycle, even the Turbo speed wash option takes 45 minutes to do a load. Finally, even on high spin the clothes seem to come out heavy and wet compared to my old machine. Read the manual twice and still not sure if I'm operating it correctly. I didn't research it, so my fault, but already looking for something different. Quality seems average, lid seems to "stick and click" everytime I open it.
