Bought an open box, so maybe that's part of some of it, like it re-setting and starting the cycle over in the middle of a load. Pro's- Looks nice. Cons- Too tall to reach in comfortably. I'm 6' and have a hard time getting clothes out of the bottom, for my 5'7" wife it's almost impossible. Soap dispenser inside is unhandy, miss my old machine with auto-dispense. Feel it really needs an agitator, seems like on bigger loads some of the clothes just sit there. Settings take forever to complete a cycle, even the Turbo speed wash option takes 45 minutes to do a load. Finally, even on high spin the clothes seem to come out heavy and wet compared to my old machine. Read the manual twice and still not sure if I'm operating it correctly. I didn't research it, so my fault, but already looking for something different. Quality seems average, lid seems to "stick and click" everytime I open it.
