I wanted to love this washing machine and kept thinking it would get better. My front load Samsung got my clothes cleaner than this top loader. My husband works outside and his clothes get filthy. I am having to rewash things now.

Very Poor Quality

This washer worked the first 6 months after that it’s been one error code after another. They come to fix one problem try a load of laundry and something else breaks on it even before the load is complete.. My warranty expires in a couple months and I’m very worried I will be spending a small fortune in repair costs. Save yourself a lot of hassle don’t purchase this machine.

Unreliable washer good when it lasted

We had Geek Squad come in and fix the issue which was great but it has started leaking again after another month of use. This has been a very disappointing purchase since we went with LG due to its reputation for good products. Maybe I got a machine that slipped their quality control but my 2 cents would be to stay away from this product.
