Best buy brought a replacement yet the second 1 had same problem. Im in the process of contacting manufacturer

I wanted to love this washing machine and kept thinking it would get better. My front load Samsung got my clothes cleaner than this top loader. My husband works outside and his clothes get filthy. I am having to rewash things now.

We have noticed some items (my sons work clothes) at time needs to be washed a second time for the food smell to come out. I never experienced this with my older machine models. I was sold this one by a male sales personnel and I am highly disappointed.

For heavily soiled or odorous items, we recommend using the Heavy Duty or Allergiene™ cycle with hot water (if the fabric allows), and adding a pre-wash or soak option when available. Using a detergent designed for odors or adding a bit of baking soda or white vinegar (in the appropriate compartment) can also help neutralize lingering smells. This model's detergent cup is shallow and it is difficult to place the liquid detergent in. After the load is done the cup is full of water.

Seems to use a lot of water so not sure how efficient this washer is. Decent price with delivery and haul away. Looks nice and modern.
