I was cancelled 3 times to reschedule, and customer service couldn't tell me anything...close to may when i called they said i would be compensated for the long wait and never heard another word from them very disappointed in customer service.

Bumping/knocking noise

This machine has a loud "bumping" or "knocking" sound during the wash/agitation cycle that never happened in our previous machine. I'm extremely careful to be sure the loads are balanced. Most reviews comment about how quiet this washer is, but we can hear the noise from several rooms away. I'm afraid something is loose and will break. What can I do?

Does not clean well

We even used a lot of stain removers prior to starting the washed.

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.From the beginning this unit was problematic with small things like collar stays, buttons, hairclips, and other normal things that end up in washing and drying machines becoming stuck in between the tub and housing. Additionally, the sensor thats supposed to detect when clothes are dry is not sensitive enough causing clothing to be slightly damp and getting a bad smell once folded and stored. But the kicker was when the metal tub literally broke at the weld point. Luckily i had the best buy protection. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Buyer Beware!!

We ordered this on December 17th, delivered on December 24th was leaking water immediately given run around then replaced on Jan 6th. Again same issue leaking water during spin cycle. Replaced on Jan 12th today and this one sprayed water all over our laundry room and floor. Delivery guy said they have to leave it there. So that is unbelievable that we have been unable to use or wash any clothes since December 24th. Unacceptable that you continue to deliver and leave defective brand new washer. Total tech is a joke with nothing resolved forgoing on third week. Now you tell us we again have to wait 24 hours to show delivered in system. So we again have to wait with no washing machine Or resolution.

I’m 5’4” and have to stand on my toes to reach the clothes on the bottom. I would like to have a hand wash option for washing.

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this washer on November 2022 ,1 month later it stared to restaring Cicle when getting to 8 minutes i got replaced for another one ,3 months later i stared experienced that same issue every time my wife wash that cicle restared it self when it gets to 8 or 10 minutes , i contact lg support they send a technician to look at it he say it was nothing wrong with that washer that is was our cloths and to not use regular cycle when washing wich was dumb i contact costumer service again they say i was going to get charged a fee if they send me another technician to have a look again wich it was not fair since its under warranty i contact LG support couple of times in till they scalated my situation with my washer am waiting for them to send a technician i will update how this ends ,i had it bae experiences only with this washer

Washer defective from the manufacturer

I ordered this new one, and it is being replaced because it makes a horrible noise, so it was defective from the factory. Best Buy returned it and ordered a replacement. The issue is that it is taking 6 weeks for all of this to happen.
