Ability to clean clothes and stains

I purchase this top loader washer and after a week I knew this washer was causing me physical pain to get the remaining smaller clothes left at the bottoms of the washer. I called Customer service and I went back to my front loader washer. The representative was super understanding and I replaced it with a front loader. Not a fan of the top load washer.

Terrible washer

I have had it for almost 2 years exactly and now I’m sure nothing can be done for the problems we’re having. It leaves marks on all of our whites and lights, so it’s ruining our clothes, bedding and towels. It constantly gets stuck in spin cycle where it gets uneven, then fills with water, then spins and gets uneven again, then fills with water, then spins and gets uneven again, over and over. It is so cheaply made and a terrible product. Do not buy.

Even though it is a large 5.5 cu ft machine, water did not cover a comforter. Also, the washing cycle was excessively long. It was a poor replacement to an existing Whirlpool washer, so it was returned.

The first machine had a grinding sound as soon as it reached a higher spin. This was returned and a new machine, same model was delivered. The first wash started out fine but by the first spin the grinding sound was much worse than the first machine. We are now waiting for our third machine. Hopefully the third time will be the charm. Best Buy's service has been incredible. They have been helpful and have handled each complaint immediately/ .

LG does not stand by their warranty

Seems like it is coming from the pump, the LG support is useless and says they will charge me a fee if they send a tech out and it does not leak. How am I supposed to get this fixed under warranty then if it's intermittent?
