Best buy wont help and LG service is terrible. Don't buy appliance from best and think they will help you. You are on your own. LG uses A & E Factory Services just look at those reviews and decide if you want them trying to help you.

The next load was seven pair of jeans, the motor was squealing, and the transmission sounded horrible.

Certainly don't put any weight on the sheet metal. They are simply flimsy. Found the same thing with the LG fridge that ran $4500. Not built the way they were back in the day. Loud noises could be heard all the way from the second floor to the driveway. Geek squad was here 4 times and after the last time it wouldn’t even wash clothes anymore, returned it and purchased a different one.

You can have 10 min remaining on the spin cycle and for some reason it goes into rinse cycle over and over again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
