Spent the whole day troubleshooting on the phone with LG and best buy geek squad. Replacement won't be delivered for a couple of weeks. I wish I never bought a washing machine from best buy.

Less than 1 year and I had to call LG to fix and they literally had to change all part. I am so disappointed.

Bad, new washer disappointed

To find out it didn't work. Had geek squad come back out to check it. Washer had issues. They could get me a replacement for 4 weeks.

Settings are adjustable for water temperature, spin speed, etc. custom changes to regular settings. The controls are an improvement over prior models - simpler and easier to read and use.

Love the wifi feature which notifies me when the load is complete. Also there’s a quick load that takes 28 minutes. Which I love if I have a lot to get clean. It’s also super super quiet. We upgraded ours because the baby’s room is right across the hall and you can’t hear it at all.

The operator panels are user-friendly with all the features at a fingertip control. The extra deep tub on the washer gives the ability to add-in blankets, small rugs and other bulky items. Just a great pick!
