LG should make a change to this because it's unbelievably loud. Also the lettering on the control panel isn't lit up. Only the lights under the lettering which is not user friendly.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We're very happy with the washer--one thing to note is to make sure and use the "heavy" cycle when you have something that gets really heavy when wet, like a bathmat. Otherwise it will screw up the cycle. I like being able to use one of the many optional cycles you can download--this is a handy new smart option.
