3 YEARS LATER COMPUTER BOARD DEAD

I can only say this, within 3 years the washer computer panel died, the dishwasher (same thing)....and the refrigerator had a coolant leak. I've never had this in my life. I will never get LG again.

Brand new, doesn't work
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best Buy delivered this new LG washing machine and on the very first load, it makes a loud grinding noise. Stuck with soaked clothes and trying to get Best Buy to come and replace it. Long hold times, being told to call a different number, being promised callbacks that never happen and being told their "system" needs to update. In the meantime, no working washing machine with laundry piling up. One agent said to go into the store and to talk to the manager.
