I love my washers function and the stainless. My only problem is I am short and the tub is very deep. But the tub having a large capacity is certainly a huge benefit!

Washes clothes like a washer should. HOWEVER, after about two months of use, it's been plagued with the LG "won't turn on" issue. Pressing the power button won't turn on the washer. Fix, Unplug, hold the power button for 5 sec. then the start for 5 sec. plug back in and it will work. This seems like a common problem, just do a web search for LQ washer won't turn on. The fix, buy a new control board for anywhere from $600 - $1000+ part. I should have purchased the extended warranty...

really like this washer. It gives the clothes enough water. For some reason no matter what setting i put it on hot water still comes out.I've tried everything and just can't seem to get all cold watet

The levels of performance this washer offers is outstanding! All of the presets and smart washing features are a must! I didn’t think I’d want them, now I can’t live without them!

Absolutely love my new washer. First time in over 25 years I finally have a matching set again.

I'm extremely pleased with this top loader. I follow the directions on how to load the machine, use the correct type of soap and have very clean clothes that smell good.

We love the top loader very much! The biggest love is the machine gages how much water to use so we are so efficient to this. The clothes comes out fantastic!

So far I love it had front loader before this and definitely like not having the rubber molding going around the door that starts to stink

Great LG rating reviews ..... good sale price .... hoping for GREAT performance. I would recommend based on EXPECTATIONS, but can NOT rate quality, value, or ease of use yet.

The washer is well made and performing as expected. It takes a little time to learn all of the functions but we are happy with this purchase.

I purchased this unit last July, along with the matching dryer. I would have given it 5 stars until about 2 weeks ago when the washer started making a loud whining sound when it was turning to agitate the clothes and during the spin cycle to expel the water. It almost sounds like to belt is slipping or something is keeping it from spinning. Trying to contact customer service to see what the issue might be.

This is the best washer I have ever brought - hands down! I was very faithful to Samsung for years and unfortunately there were always issue. This machine works flawlessly!

Great washer. Liked the tub was stainless steel and there were a large number of cycles. Runs quietly and is energy efficient. Top of the line.

Love my new LG washing machine. It works great. It makes a loud noise but maybe because it’s upstairs. Also I couldn’t connect to wifi idk why.

Very satisfied with operation and design. Would like to see the top vented when closed and not in use, but was not a deal breaker.

Expensive but worth the money, it really does clean your clothes and saves water and electricity. It has a sensor so it knows how much water to use and for how long.

Works great cleaning and washing clothes. Everyone was nice and very helpful and help me get my washer that matched my dryer

Looks great and easy to use. The app connectivity is a bit gimmicky but I guess is nice to have it tell you when the cycle is done.
