It is not a topload we were used to, it is very efficient. It only holds the pros of both a topload and frontload washer. Highly recommended.

After I paid for three years for securityin case something happen to the product. According to bestbuy that information does not appear in my bestbuy account. They never return the phone calls. Did not help with the issue with the machine. My son called several times and they had us waiting and nobody answered. Now I can not wash my clothes. Bestbuy irresponsible and dont care.

The cloths get all twisted around each other. Wrinkles are pressed in. most of my cloths I like to air dry so they are very wrinkled and I don't iron. I can not reach the bottom to get the cloths out. I have to use a kitchen tong. The cloths do not always come out clean.

Loads come out nice and clean. Have had some come out with bleach spots, but I’ve never used bleach. May be due to the pre-soak cycle or rub off of benzoyl peroxide? It does sound like a jet engine taking off. Have tried balancing numerous times but it violently knocks and bangs.
