Great large capacity washer!

Had one of the previous versions that still works perfectly and bought this one when we moved to a new home. Love the ability to customize settings and isolate stages of the wash cycle. The large open wash barrel is perfect for large comforters and quilts. No need for laundromats or cleaners!

Great washing machine but why does it have WiFi??

It's much larger than my previous front loader, so I can fit a lot more in one load. Additionally it's still an HE washer- which means as little water needed as possible. However I'm still confused as to why a washing machine would need WiFi. Seems unnecessary (and another thing that can break down the road to force repairs/replacements)

My wash time is cut in half with the sensor. Machine also stays cleaner than previous high end Samsung models. I am equally happy with my dryer I purchased a year earlier.

Learning curve

I was skeptical about not having a traditional agitator, but it manages to do the job. I think I could fit my old washer into the tub of this one. Cavernous. Lots of wash options, and there will be a learning curve. Loading properly is a tad tricky but you'll adapt. You will have to download several pages of instructions from the LG website if you want the full picture.
