Large capacity washer. It is easy to clean. The only drawback is if you are not tall enough, the washer is deep for any short person to reach.

Good, solid high capacity washer. Fairly basic, but that's what I wanted. I just needed something that could handle a king sized comforter and this works great. The only reason that I am dropping a star is because LG will only give an extra year of warranty if you connect the washer to wifi and their app. I spent the better part of the day trying to do that, but couldn't. I think my washer is just too far away (and on a different floor) from my router. It's a bummer to be denied a warranty due to something outside my control

You might need a step stool to unload as the tub of the washer is really deep! Great for extra large loads. Easy to use and even sings to you when cycle is complete!

So far an excellent quality product, washes quickly and efficiently and alot less noises then my old set.

This washer is awesome. Smart features were a little gimmicky. It’s actually a nice feature. Come to find out the washer and dryer communicate through WiFi and speed up and slow down so they can finish at the same time. Can remote start although cool not as simple as it sound. Have to preset everything then you can remote start when your ready. Still cool tech and actually and not paying through the nose for it. Washes clothes pretty well too so far.

I switched from Whirlpool to LG, so glad that I did. The top load is 100 times better than the front load. Very quiet too.

This LG 5.5 Cu Ft Top Load Washer works very well. It takes some getting use to as it has many more features then our last washer but we are leaning and we like what is available. It does a real good job on washing our cloths and is very quit especially compared to our previous machine. We were extremely pleased with the price, delivery and set up provided by Best Buy. We like it and would buy it again.

Loving the washing machine. Upgraded from a really old washer, new one feels efficient and slick. It being silent is a bonus.

I bought this LG 5.5 cu. ft. washer basically to get a large capacity and to match the LG steam dryer. I was not expecting an appreciable difference from my old agitator style washer. Boy was I wrong! This guy is a beast! It is so gentle on my clothes. It senses the water level, but can also be modified if needed. It has multiple choices for spin dry level. I am obsessed with laundry, I admit. I couldn't be more pleased with this beautiful machine. Although have not been able to completely fill this guy yet, give me time. I know there are comforters out there waiting for me!

Excellent washer! Works great! It is deep so make sure you can reach the bottom. I’m 5’7” and just barley reach the bottom.

We’ve had our LG washer and dryer now for about 5 months. These are amazing, well worth the price! They do a nice clean, you can connect them to delay wash, and clothes are cleaned very well. My *only* complaint is that it is a deep tub. But! We purchased one of the largest home capacity washers out there, so that’s not unexpected. We just spin the tub to reach if needed. Best Buy also completed the install of our washer and dryer. The installers were clean and efficient and respectful of social distancing and personal space (installed during COVID). Excellent job!
