Quiet, intuitive controls, clothes come out great. Bought this as replacement of similar model I’ve had for about 10 years.

I've had this washing machine for about two months and I love it. I can wash all of my bedding at once with no issues. I have washed very large loads of clothes, including dirty clothes from working in the yard or at the gym that have come out clean. So I don't believe I've had issues with not enough water. I also love the wifi feature so that I get sheets on my phone when the load is complete. I do wish I had a bit more flexibility with altering the settings for the different wash types. I definitely recommend it though.

This LG 5.5 Cu Ft Top Load Washer works very well. It takes some getting use to as it has many more features then our last washer but we are leaning and we like what is available. It does a real good job on washing our cloths and is very quit especially compared to our previous machine. We were extremely pleased with the price, delivery and set up provided by Best Buy. We like it and would buy it again.

This washes has a huge drum and without the agitator has lots of space. I was surprised at how well it washes and I love that its easy to use.

I did a fair amount of research before going into Best Buy to see this machine in person. I really appreciated that the Best Buy rep was very knowledgeable about this LG machine compared to its counterparts. In the end I was convinced this was the right machine for me and I am extremely happy with this purchase. Best Buy was great to work with, and I would be happy to work with them again. And the machines are great!

Was replacing a front load washer that lost its bearings. This washer is very large. Easy to use. And pretty quiet. Love how it cleans.

If you have a lot of clothes you need to wash often this is the washer for you. It’s HUGE inside and is the most quiet washer I’ve ever seen.

LG always makes good washing machines and this one is no different. It has a lot of functionality and does a good job cleaning clothes. The transparent lid also makes it kind of fun to watch while it works. The unit sits very low to the ground, so if you're putting it inside an overflow tray you have to extend the legs almost all the way up or it will grind against any drain or protrusion in the tray. Our first installers apparently didn't understand this because they did not properly extend the legs and we heard an incredibly loud grinding sound when it hit about 1/3 of the way through the cycle. We had another Best buy install team come out to pick up the defective washer but the installer immediately realized the legs had not been extended and we were able to get the unit to work properly. This information was not very apparent in the manual and was not something the installers had any experience with apparently. The washer can also be a little noisy during that same washing phase if you have it in a second floor laundry room. Our laundry room is above our living room and I could hear the unit during this phase. But otherwise, it is a remarkable washing machine that is still much quieter than any of the machines we have had before. And it's very water efficient. It took me a little while to figure out some of the basic functionality given all the options that the unit has but With a little help from the manual and YouTube we had it all figured out fairly soon. It's a heavy washing machine so if you're trying to install it in the second floor, get the installation service. Just don't forget to tell them to extend the legs if you're putting it in a drain tray.

My wife cried with joy using this washer. Of course I was thrilled. Large capacity, and the washer makes our clothing clean and soft. Recommended

Overall, the move to this LG high efficiency washing machine was long overdue. Although wading through the many choices available, it boiled down to a recommendation from consumer advocates and the simplicity to understand and operate. The LG met with both high reviews and all newer technologies require operators to read and after taking time to read and understand the new capabilities, we were able to maximize the capabilities of the machine. No regrets and the clothes are still getting cleaned.

I really like my new LG washing machine. It's quiet and efficient and it gets the clothes really clean. I couldn't be happier.

My wife is thrilled with new washer. No load is too much, this washer does a great job washing our items.

Very easy to use and operate. The tub is very large and fits a king-size comforter. The only downside is that it does not have a steam function.
