This washer is almost twice as large as our previous unit. It is probably smarter than the operators, but it knows how much water to utilize based on load size. The installation on 12/16/21 was sooner than I had originally planned, but the product was available and an appointment was scheduled. The color and appearance are very pleasing. I did utilize the price match guarantee policy which yielded an even better price than expected.

I love this washer. Its so Quiet and it sings when the cycle is done with. it washes my clothes with my mildew smell like the last washer.

Great machine and very quite. It cleans my work clothes very well. And trust me i get very dirty.

This washing machine is the best one we've owned. I was skeptical with it not having an agitator, but it seems they've come a long way with the technology. It can handle very large loads and has many cycle options, even speed and single item cycles. The only downside is it can use more water than our previous side load machine.

We bought this washer as a replacement for our previous LG top-loader, which we liked. However, unlike our old washer, this new one fails to siphon off the extra water from the detergent tray after running a load. As a result, we have to dump the ~1/2 cup of water from the tray before running each new load. It’s a small thing but you notice it when you run a load practically every day, and when the older model didn’t have this problem. Otherwise, it’s just about as good as our previous LG. The Wi-Fi features are very limited (you can’t get notified by Alexa when a load is done), but I guess they aren’t really a necessity. It washes clothes and does a pretty good job. However, I’d recommend looking at cheaper washers before this one, given the less-than-premium design.

If you have cabinets above your washer, be prepared for the washer lid to not fully open. Standard height for cabinets is 56 inches and the washer is 57.25 with the lid open. The only was to load the washer is to hold the lid with one hand, otherwise it wants to fall shut. I’ll probably raise my cabinets, but this isn’t for everyone.

Is it possible to fall in love with an inanimate object? If it is ...then I have! I can't say enough good things about this washer! It has a giant 5.5 Cu. Ft. tub that easily cleans a King size comforter with room to spare. No more picking out water levels or wasting water....it senses it all! It even plays you a pretty little song when it's done washing a load! You will love this washer as much as I do........if that is even possible! Best purchase I ever made!

Overall I am pleased with the washer. It has several wash features and is easy to use. Large capacity makes it great for large items. Note, if you are under 5'3" it is very deep and difficult to reach items when unloading. Like the add garment pause feature. See through lid is nice. Like the energy and water saving efficiency.
