Lots of options for wash. The mobile app is very nice. Tells you when clothes are done. The inside is HUGE. We were worried it wouldn’t be as big as we needed but man, it is way bigger. Advice: if you wash one single item you’ll want to even and probable add more time to even it out. Looks sleek too. After having it for 2 months I can say I would recommend it.

It has several wash features and is easy to use. Large capacity makes it great for large items. Note, if you are under 5'3" it is very deep and difficult to reach items when unloading. Like the add garment pause feature. See through lid is nice. Like the energy and water saving efficiency.

Big Drum but not an efficient wash

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Whirlpool washer that came with the house I bought went out after 3 years and in need of a washer, I researched online and decided on this one because 1. The reviews and 2. The size of the drum. While this does have a large capacity drum and can easily wash a King size comforter, the quality of the wash is iffy. I realized that its due to it not having an agitator. Originally I didn't think it not having an agitator would be such a big deal but it really is. The Whirpool washer I had previously had one and every single load came out really clean and spot free, even blood and food stains came out. Sadly, that's not the same with this washer. I washed a load of 2 top sheets with 2 baby blankets. The top sheets still had stains on it after the first wash (which wasn't even set in dry stains) which means I'll have to wash it a 2nd time. I would return it but I'm a few weeks shy of the return window for BB.

Washes well, spins and can wash a lot of clothes. Best Buy made the process easy! Replaced a less than one year old GE purchased at a different retailer for a similar cost that couldn’t spin clothes without rebalancing multiple times, and still didn’t work half the time! Highly recommend.
