The best feature is how very quiet this unit is. You can barely hear when the water is filling. Spinning is not loud nor does it vibrate the floor. The spin cycle takes more water out of the clothes so dry time is less also. Clothes have been very clean despite the lack of the agitator in the middle. I would definitley recommend this to anyone.

This washer is silent on a small load, a little loud when it’s spinning on a he a heavy load. One problem is it’s to deep that o can’t reach to get the bottom clothes even if I lean over and on my tip toes But over all this is a beautiful washer.

Like this washer, I purchased this washer because of the positive reviews and the Consumer reports review. The first one I received leaked and had to be replaced. The second unit has performed to all of my expectations. It is efficient and does a great job of cleaning clothing. If you are considering this washer, it is a winner.

We bought this washer last month 2020, and are very happy so far. The impeller is stainless steel which is not available in other brands. With Drum size quite huge, we are able to wash 2 loads into 1. Cycle selection panel is very intuitive with option of turbo wash. Overall, great buy which doesn’t take lot of space in our small laundry room.

easy to use and the Quietest washer I've ever had .

This is my 2nd washer of this same type just bigger and I can see improvements in how it wash’s my clothes and large items. I was about 2 loads DAILY so it get worked out. I do advise getting the extension on the warranty because everything breaks and you want to be prepared. A washer is a big deal when you don’t have it for 5 days.

Awesome washer! Easy to install with installation kit purchased at Best Buy. Wash is very clean with many individual modes to truly customize your wash cycles. Will definitely be looking at LG appliances again for future purchases, since this washer and dryer set has exceeded my expectations.

Easy to use controls, large capacity and excellent price

So far, so good. The tub is insanely large. My only issue is that you cannot let the tub fill with water before loading the clothes-it seems to mess up the weight sensor. I had been concerned about the clothes first when using powered detergent, but it doesn't seem to be a problem in this machine.

This washer was the buy of the year for us. An "Open Box" deal, we got this $1200 LG Washer for far less than that. No dents, one small scratch that you had to search for to see......amazing. It works well and is such a good machine that we are going to get the matching dryer now. Thanks, Best Buy!!

I’ve had this washer for about two months now and has worked great! FYI IF YOU HAVE TO USE A PAN UNDER YOUR WASHER like me since my laundry room is upstairs we learned we had to raise the feet on the washer to prevent the bottom of the barrel rubbing on our plastic drip pan underneath when wet clothes are in there. I bought washer machine risers from Amazon and that helped without moving the feet in the bottom all the way up. This washer has been good so far bet definitely a little noises than my whirlpool and you have to be very mindful of the distribution of your clothes or the tub becomes off balance while spinning. All and all my clothes and getting clean and it works correctly!

Love the size of this cleaner. You almost have to have a step stool to reach the bottom as its capacity is LARGE. First load the clothes went right from this washer to my new dryer and they came out really wrinkled. But.. I simply shook them out prior to putting in dryer and it was 100 times better. Love this washer and dryer combo.

Capacity is great, able to do large blankets. easy to use.
