still trying to get used to it. I really liked my Kenmore I had but Sears was no help and people there had no idea about anything and heard a lot about these LG ones

This washer is the best one I have owned yet. The turbo cycle is the best. It is quieter than my last washer too.

We just got This washer but is quiet and adjust the time by size of laundry , we had a samsung that was supposed to do this but the time never changed

Easy to use and so convenient that it pairs with my dryer through WiFi and can sense what dryer setting to use based on the wash cycle. Also like that I can control it from my phone.

We received the first washer and it was defective but Best Buy made it easy to return and delivered the new one to our home! Happy with the new washer! Huge capacity!

This washer is huge! Top load / no agitator - already washed our comforter. We were ready to return to top loader after over 10 years of a sometimes smelly front load machine.

Washer does a good job. Unfortunately, wghile following directions to a T and having an excellent WiFi connection, I cannot enable the LG App.

We've been using this clothes washer for several weeks now and it's a great machine. It's a large capacity washer with tons of options that we have only just started exploring. Highly recommended.

Bought this to replace our Samsung that died and so far its working great. Very quiet and the spin cycle seems to be very good, the clothes come out barely even wet.

Love that this machine is big enough to allow for washing a king size comforter, prior to this purchase I would have to take it to the laundry mat.

Works great. Quiet. Only thing is if you are short. Getting to the bottom is a little hard. I am 5 ft and have to tip toe to reach to bottom. Overall, so far so hood.

So happy with this washer. Large capacity and efficient size. Appreciate that top loading washers don't shake as much and are easier to maintain.

Easy to use ....we never looked at the instructions. We were early adaptors of front load (12 years ago). I'm glad we went back to this top load. Quiet, no odors and clean looking.

It has a lot of room to wash a lot of clothes. It looks great. It has different cycles. It has a nice chime sound when you start or stop the cycle.

this unit is next model up from unit we decided to leave when we recently moved. Unit works excellent and provides large capacity without agitator. Professional crew installed.

I've had this washer for about a month and it has worked fabulously. I'm still learning all the options but it has exceeded my expectations as far as getting my clothes clean.

So far so good like it better than may Cabrio that only lasted 5 years. A bit smaller but plenty large enough for a family of 5

I was hesitant to switch back to top load but after seeing the bigger capacity and the fact that my washer doesn’t stink validates I made the right choice.

Love this washer. There are downloadable cycles. Yes, you can hook your washing machine up to Wi-Fi. The ThinQ app will let you know when a load has completed. It will let you star the cycle remotely as long as it is powered on and in a standby mode waiting for the remote start. The washer holds a lot of laundry. The tub is massive. We had another brand with a larger tub prior to this that did not seem to hold as much. Overall this is a great washer. Just be careful with bleach, I have seen complaints of the bleach eating away the paint and causing it to rust.
