Washer does exactly what the description says. The only challenge is it is very deep and for short people you will need a stool to get clothes from bottom of washer.

A bit deep, shorter people need a step stool to get clothes out of the washer. Short of that, the machine is great, clothes 'feel' cleaner than regular front loaders.

This thing is awesome. It's night and day compared to my old washer. Had to unplug/reboot it to get it connected to Wi-Fi but an easy fix.

I have the wash machine almost a month and half, I am happy the way it works. Good to wash large loads. Instructions should be more clear. No complaint about the product.

So far so good. Only thing I don’t care for is when load is out of balance, the washer will keep trying to spin. It will stop with error code but then attempt to spin again, repeatedly. If I’m out of earshot, I’d never realize what happened except it’s seems to be an exceptionally long cycle unless I happen to be present and witness. Old machine would stop, keep and RETAIN error code. I feel this washer has potential of damaging itself trying spin and out of balance load. Should be a sensor to know washer wasn’t opened to allow for readjusting load.

Great sized washer… can handle a lot of clothes in one washing. But, does take a little time getting used to the different settings.

upgraded from our 15yr old washer and dryer. Easy to use, the app is actually more helpful than I thought. Tons of room with the 5.5 cu ft

The washer makes our old dryer look poor. It works great so far and we all enjoy the musical tune it uses to tell us its finished its cycle. Time will tell if it will last!

We have owned this washer for about 3 weeks now and are very happy with it. It has an absolutely huge load size but the actual washer is a bit smaller than the Whirlpool Cabrio that it replaced. So more load for less space which is very nice. It is also very quiet for a HE efficient washer. As we have put it through its paces, it has performed flawlessly. The clothes are clean and fresh and the settings are easy to figure out and intuitive. The kids also really like that the lid is clear and they can watch. Overall we are extremely happy with this washer.

I love our new washer! The load size is huge, and it does a fantastic job cleaning. Very happy with the purchase.

I hesitate to rate a full 5 stars, as this machine is rather new to us after our year old LG 5.0 machine had major problems and was authorized for a return. This new machine is beginning to make noises similar to the returned machine and we will just have to wait and see what happens. After being without a working machine for 5 weeks and having to go to the laundromat and incurring that expense, I will say it is nice to have a washing machine again.

This LG washer is really good and quiet. My wife read on line that it’s very highly rated with excellent reviews.

The first machine cycles normal and delicate seemed to work ok, however, all other cycles did not work right. They made loud grinding noise and when spinning the unit seemed to bounce around a bit. Had to swap out for another same model. But the hassle of trying to get with a technician on the phone was aggravating and time consuming. Glad this is behind me and hope I don't have to do this for another 15 + years! This unit working beautifully.

This Washer is amazing it washes big and small loads and it holds a lot I would recommend this washer to everyone that is interested in a new washer

Very nice machine. Large capacity, intuitive controls, can add extra water to your load if you think you need it and LG dependability. Top load is a plus for us.

I purchased a top loader because clothes seemed to be gray in my side loaders. This one doesn’t have an agitator which allows me to wash comforters, which I have not yet done. It makes a noise that is a little disconcerting. But it is a lot quieter than the machine it replaced. It allows me to use an app from my phone, but I wasn’t successful setting it up the day I had it installed... I then went away in a business trip, so today was my first chance to do a load. Quick and quiet, which is what I wanted.

Love this washer. Can do extra large to small loads. Many cycles to choose from. Deep washer- love the no agitator. Definitely recommend
