It's a very nice machine. Easy to use. Disappointed that it does not have the prewash/rinse button inside like the last machine did. But everything else is fine.

I love it! It is so big, my comforters fit comfortably. I hadnt looked at washers for years and was pleasantly surprised at no agitator.

I used a front load LG for 7 years & the only complaint I had was the mildew smell that was impossible to get rid of. This time around I went with a top loader. I am so glad I did. No more mildew smell. I also feel like my clothes are cleaner using a top loader. Highly recommend. Love the turbo wash option.

This washer is beautiful to look at, makes beautiful noises, and extra large for extra towels. it's prefect. I recommend this product. my clothes comes out fresh.

I can fit a lot of clothes in this washer. The clothes come out almost dry with the tremendous spin cycle. I do laundry every other day and am very happy so far!

This is a very efficient and water-saving washer. I love the control panel and ease of use, and it can even be operated remotely with your smartphone.

This washer can pretty much handle anything. With it's 5.5 ft3 capacity you can fit more in fewer loads

Love this washer the turbo feature get all the water out of the clothes for less dry time. Easy to use and easy to connect to phone thru the app.

Does what it’s supposed to do. It is pretty quiet compared to other washing machines I’ve had in the past.

I’m so glad that I changed back to a top load washer. This washer is heaven sent. And has a large drum.

love the cycles available on this model. runs quiter than expected. have not used the fullest load setting yet. but so far I like the results.

Very happy with this washer. Plenty of room. Adaptive cycle length. LG ThinQ is really handy. Love the notification on my phone and on my LG smart TV.

Good product. Clothes are clean after wash. The kids told me that they heard a ringing noise during spinning cycle but must not be loud enough because I couldn’t hear it.
