Always loved this washer and this is my second one. It seems a little noisier than the last model, but still does an amazing job!

Washer is quiet and washes effectively. Delivery, installation and instructions were very efficient.

Everything was prearranged, I sought to prepare and be ready for the delivery. I prepped the washroom and removed my table and got ready for delivery. The men showed up on time and gave me a call saying they were two minutes away. They pulled up, unloaded the washer on the hand truck, wheeled it in and its was done. They hooked it up in no time. Oh yeh forgot to add they called away the one one too, no problem.

Can wash 12 towels easily and so quiet you don't even know it's on. So big I needed a step stool to reach the bottom. Very pleased with the purchase

We're very pleased with this washer. We bought it 5 months ago. It's HUGE - enough space for quilts and a LOT of clothes.

Installed yesterday and used it immediately. Pretty quiet when full but noisy when they first turned it on and it was empty (to test.)

Before purchasing, I checked Consumer Reports. This particular LG large capacity washer was rated an 81 ranking it tied for highest rating with other LG models. Our on-floor sales representative was very professional as she explained the features. She even showed us a flawless "open-box" LG that saved us money. The washer was delivered on time and the entire installation process was smooth and professional The entire purchase-delivery-install process was as professional and seamless as we could hope for. Highly recommend.

I chose this machine as it was one of consumer reports highest rated washers. However after just 5 loads of wash the machine experienced a mechanical failure. While LG didn’t seem particularly concerned by this, Best Buy’s customer service was excellent. I’m hoping the initial failure was a fluke and the replacement has a long life ahead of it.

This wasn't my first choice as I had wanted a front loader but found that what we wanted would not quite fit in the space we had, so I found this last minute. I am not sure if it is because we can see the water filling but there are times where the water fill level is questionable. There are times it seems to fill too little and others where it is too much. All the options do take a while to get used to though since it is not a basic washer. Overall it is a good washer.
