    Love the large capacity, less loads that I have to do. It is difficult to reach the bottom since I'm on the short size but I don't mind. Not sure how well it washes since clothes don't seem to smell good at times, could be because of the size of the load.... too large in my opinion. Works well and does its job as long as you dont take advantage of it's full capacity.

    I got a 5.5 so I could wash large items. The washer works besides it will not wash comforters. Very upsetting. The washing machine that I replaced it with was a smaller capacity and it could wash the exact same comforter.

    I love this LG washer. I shopped around and did a lot of research. I budgeted $1,500 for the purchase of a washer and dryer for a new home. This washer fit the bill and it is wonderful. In addition, the installation team from Best Buy did an amazing job, getting the washer and dryer up to the third floor! This was a wonderful experience! Thanks!

    You may have to change the way you load your clothes because of the no agitator in the middle. It saves so much water just like a front loader because it goes off weight but no water staying in the seals causing moldy smell like you get with typical front loaders if you don’t clean them regularly.
