We had Samsung front load with multiple problems. Then we decided to try LG and we were so happy. Excellent top load washer still working great almost two years without any problems.

Washer works great. We bought this to replace our previous LG WT5001CW which was the exact same model we bought 10 years ago, that failed right after 10 years when the motor/clutch and control panel died around the same time. This newer model has slightly fewer buttons which make it a little less complicated to use.

The delivery crew was efficient and set up the washer and drier as scheduled. It is not intuitive, and needs to have more specific instructions by following the QR code in order to know how to operate different cycles and how to add water to prevent odors in the drainage tubes. It is very attractive looking.

Love it, Big and efficient! A little hard to reach bottom of tub if you are short!

Replaced an LG with a bigger LG. Love the extra features on this unit. The "extra water" feature is wonderful! When washing large comforters, this is a blessing as I know the entire comforter is getting cleaned. Others complained about the length of time to complete some of the washes, but having used an LG prior, they are on par with those times, so no complaints here! Does a great job!

Our first LG washer/dryer set and we couldn't be happier with them. Very high quality, stainless inside and plenty of options to wash and dry whatever you need. On the dryer, really like the 2 way door that opens vertically for dropping laundry in from the washer without bending. Also opens horizontally for taking the items out. Wife loves them. Did I say they look great too? Highly recommend this set.

Great washer! don't let the lack of a standard agitator fool you.. this machine does an outstanding job of cleaning the laundry, no matter what we throw in there, it comes out clean. This is the 2nd time we've purchased this model, the first time the buyers of our house wanted it as part of the sale, so when we moved, we bought it again in graphite!

My washer is only 2 years old and the inside next to the bleach dispenser is rusting, and when I contacted LG customer service they won't we acknowledge the problem, and sounded like its my fault the inside of the machine is rusting. I never had a washer that rusted and I have used some really old ones. Its fancy, but not worth the price you pay especially with LGs poor customer service, and poor quality. Its a good washer if you don't use water and detergents!!

This is the first washer we have purchased in 15 years. I am very impressed with the newer technology. It has been a bit hard to get used to the lack of water it uses. Don't get me wrong, its wonderful and has made our water bill decrease. I am not sure I like the lock function. The lid lock's when the cycle starts. I could see this becoming an issue if the washer was to have issues. The clothes would start to sour.
