The delivery crew was efficient and set up the washer and drier as scheduled. It is not intuitive, and needs to have more specific instructions by following the QR code in order to know how to operate different cycles and how to add water to prevent odors in the drainage tubes. It is very attractive looking.

Tons of Room in the tub. Reliable. Don't have to go to the laundromat any more to wash my comforters.

Great washer! don't let the lack of a standard agitator fool you.. this machine does an outstanding job of cleaning the laundry, no matter what we throw in there, it comes out clean. This is the 2nd time we've purchased this model, the first time the buyers of our house wanted it as part of the sale, so when we moved, we bought it again in graphite!

My washer is only 2 years old and the inside next to the bleach dispenser is rusting, and when I contacted LG customer service they won't we acknowledge the problem, and sounded like its my fault the inside of the machine is rusting. I never had a washer that rusted and I have used some really old ones. Its fancy, but not worth the price you pay especially with LGs poor customer service, and poor quality. Its a good washer if you don't use water and detergents!!

I am underwhelmed by this “smart”, extra-large capacity washing machine. I had read the reviews, and I thought complaints about cycles or water levels were written by people who weren’t used to higher-end or higher-tech washers. Wrong. I’m experiencing similar issues, but I’ve already owned an HE washer (front loading — it got moldy). This washer makes me pine for a good old fashioned washer with 3 temperature, 3 spin speeds, and 3 soil levels. My super-smart new washer offers a million load variations, none of which are the load variations that I want. But you can’t change the preset temperature, spin speed, or soil level, so I’m having to figure out how to hack my own washer just to get the temperature I want. Why isn’t there a Manual or Custom load? I also wish that I had not paid extra for the extra-large capacity. This machine washes ok if you fill it almost as high as you’re supposed to be able to, but not well when filled to its maximum capacity unless you choose “Water Plus.” Even if you manage to get the washer to wash your extra large load effectively, its matching dryer can’t dry it. Yes, you read that correctly. You have to break the large load into smaller loads to get the dryer to dry, thereby negating the whole purpose of washing a very large load. I really wish I would’ve just purchased a simpler, smaller, cheaper washer and dryer set.

This washer has turned out better than expected. I didn't realize how small the drum was in my old washer until I started using this one, there is plenty of room for all kinds of items. I downloaded the app and it notifies me when a load is finished and when I need to run the "Tub Clean". My only drawback is that since I'm 5'2", I had to buy a step stool so that I can reach into the very bottom of the drum.

I love my new washer. The capacity is great for my husband's work clothes. Cleans well!
