I didn't realize how small the drum was in my old washer until I started using this one, there is plenty of room for all kinds of items. I downloaded the app and it notifies me when a load is finished and when I need to run the "Tub Clean". My only drawback is that since I'm 5'2", I had to buy a step stool so that I can reach into the very bottom of the drum.

A washing machine that does what it's supposed to!

Difficult to manage without going to the store and actually seeing/touching the machine, but the Best Buy website provided great information which enabled me to make a good choice. Very happy this with machine, and look forward to owning it a long time.

Not a big deal to me. The delivery gentlemen, Sean and Colin, were absolutely awesome. Very polite and helpful, they called me when they were close and they were early to top it off. They did a great job with removal and installation.
