    Got it as an open box, considered excellent condition minus a scratch/dent on the side. Not a big deal to me. The delivery gentlemen, Sean and Colin, were absolutely awesome. Very polite and helpful, they called me when they were close and they were early to top it off. They did a great job with removal and installation.

    Absolutely thrilled with this new washing machine I shopped for way too long read too many articles read too many reviews and finally got frustrated bought this set from my couch on my iPhone and I’m so happy that I did. I am amazed with the volume of clothes this will wash I’m also amazed how clean it gets my clothes and how the app integrates with the washer

    This is my second LG washer I just bought the upgraded version from the one I had. I had my other one for 5 years washing 4 to 5 loads a day of laundry and never had an issue. I donated it to someone who needed it and still going strong.
