We add fabric softener because the clothes seem crunchy after washing them. It doesn’t seem a quiet as reviewers have stated. It drops Wi-Fi every week.

I only have to do one or two loads now instead of multiple and the clothes come out extra fresh and clean smelling. I though the wifi features were a bit excessive, but it is actually nice to get phone notifications when the laundry is ready to be switched over.
