Pros - great wash load capacity. This machines can almost take double the wash load than my previous machine. - Cloth comes out very clean - Many wash options .. TurboWash function is great Cons - Cannot easily stop the washing machine in middle Incase wrong wash options are selected. I mean there is a work around but can be a pain Overall a great washing machine. I Didi a lot of research before making this purchase . Many folks recommended not to go with Samsung or whirlpool and it is turning out to be true so far. only time will tell.

Washes my clothes good. I like the digital buttons. I like that it lets me know when the washer has finished I sent him a notification on my phone. However I I’ve had issues with the load becoming uneven and the cycle stopping. Even though I’ve loaded the washer correctly. It’s supposed to be able to take a king size comforter but every time I wash my comforter it throws the washing machine and balanced. I didn’t have that issue with my cheaper washer. I like the large wash tub though. And it looks nice.

This is very capable washing machine. It handles everything from frilly delicates to our oversized, heavy quilted bed cover. Also it’s quiet, requires less soap and water. My only complaint so far is this model is set up for San older connecting app and is has a way too weak WiFi connection device. As the crow flys it is less than 20 ft from the modem but still will not connect. In the end it makes little difference. For the most part it’s no more than a remote on-off button. Instructions on its use are terrible.

We have never liked how High-efficiency washers cleaned our clothes before. My husband was especially skeptical on purchasing it. Not any more! Our whites are whiter, and our clothes are so much cleaner than with our previous washing machine. My husband stood watching it wash because he just didn't think it would clean our clothes without the agitator. He is now the biggest fan of this washing machine. It is also the quietest washing machine we have evr owned!

This is a good washer but I wouldn’t recommend it if u are vertically challenged like I am. I can only reach the bottom if I stretch as far as possible. I’m 5’5” so u might want to take that under consideration because the tub is very big and deep. A little louder than I thought but does a good job.

We have only had the washing machine for a couple of weeks. We love the versatility it has for different load sizes and types as well as the LG app that allows you to start the washer and download load settings that aren’t built into the washer. The app will also allow you to see how long is left in the cycle and notify you when the load is done. So far, it cleans clothes like advertised. This thing can fit about anything you need washed. I’ve had probably 8-10 washers over the years and this one is my favorite.

This washer has a very large tub and it is so quiet when its on. I can wash a king size comforter in this thing. It has a lot of different functions the bedding cycle I use on the sheets and pillow cases and blankets but on the comforter itself I used the I think its called the deep turbo wash? I know it fills the tub up with more water which you will need on a big comforter. I can not say anything bad about this washer. I have only had it for about a month but so far so good. Oh and it is a pretty color too.

It took me over a month to decide which washer and dryer I wanted. I am so happy with my decision. I had LG front loaders for 8 years. I decided to stay with LG since my last set was so good. The only reason I purchased new ones, was I wanted a top loader washer and bigger tub. The washer is huge and washing my blankets I have plenty of room. I highly recommended this washer.

I bought this to replace my 20 year old washer. I love the giant capacity. It has cut my laundry loads in half and the time also. It is easy to use and leaves the clothes clean. I like the extra settings for bedding and such. I also love the updated color. Wish I would’ve bought this sooner I have to admit I was a little intimidated by all the buttons but once I used it I was fine.

I recently had to (quickly) find a new washing machine. Best Buy had this model available for delivery with a quick turn around. once set up was complete, I tried it out. The instruction manual is not very detailed, and some of the settings are not completely intuitive. once we figured out how to set it for the cycles we wanted it worked very well. It is a low water volume washer, and it figures the volume out on it's own. The spin cycle is great. Clothes come out as dry as possible, so the dryer is not overworked. The capacity is much better than our last one, so less loads need to be done overall. Some improvements were made over previous models, such as the detergent dispenser seems to drain better. We are very satisfied with this appliance.

The machine does a great job washing and is quiet. The only draw back is it has a deep tub and can be difficult for some to unload.

This washing machine does a wonderful job. I wanted the extra large size because I frequently wash king=sized sheets, blankets and multiple towels. The only problem is that the tub is extra deep. This makes removing washed items problematic for someone (children) with short arms and requires a lot of bending. Otherwise I am happy. Seethru top is fun to watch during a cycle.

When considering all alternatives, and after preferring Samsung for years, this blows that away. Not only do you get plenty of cycle options, but the capacity is larger, and there is better material used as you'll find metal where the competitors have plastic. Clothes have never been cleaned deeper, including the active wear/dryfit material.

I love the huge tub in this washer. It's great for large loads, bedding, etc. It's very quiet also when washing. Cleans well, clothes look and smell great. Love the app where I can track a load's progress without having to physically go look at the machine. I like that I can download new types of cycles, pause, remote start/stop a cycle, etc via the LG app. Definitely recommend this washer for families or anyone with large loads to wash on a regular basis.

It works good washes cloths like i needed it to. Takes care of my 2 queen size blankets at once. At first i had trouble connecting it to my wifi but after a couple of tries i was able to get it to connect. (It just sends my phone a notification that its done.) The chime is low so i cant hear it if my not by the garage door.

We researched washers after only having our Samsung for 3 years when it died. This came highly recommended by consumer reports. I love the size of the drum, how much cleaner my clothes seem to be getting and it’s features. My husband enjoys the smart features. I would say if you are 5’5” or shorter but a step stool or grabbing claw to get clothes out of the bottom.

When your washer dies and it’s the middle of a quarantine and you seem to wash clothes several times a day, what do you do? Purchase a washer available the next day, or decide to wait for the one you really want to be ordered snd delivered? It was tempting to take something available, but I’m very glad I waited. This baby made short work of the mounds of dirty clothes waiting to be washed. It’s extra deep, so short people need to consider this. It has 12 cycles which can easily modified for water temperature, level, degree of dirtiness, and spin speed. The first load in was whites. I was thrilled to see that some very dirty items came out perfectly clean. The tub is large! It washed a queen size comforter along with a set of sheets without problem. The Sanitize cycle was a must have for me and I’m sure the WiFi ability will be welcome but it hasn’t been used yet since I’m home most of the time now:). The Geek guys hooked up the machine and hauled out the old machine flawlessly. They had to remove a door to do so but it didn’t bother them. I initially wanted a front loader, but luckily the salesperson asked about the distance between the machine and the opposite wall. He pointed out that a front loader wouldn’t work due to space restraints. This machine is a nice compromise. It has the large capacity I wanted while still being without an agitator. This LG washer is currently well rated by Consumers Magazine. The only caveat I can see for future purchasers is check to see if you can reach the bottom of the drum! It is deep. It’s almost a pleasure to wash clothes now.
