I contacted customer service and the process went very smooth and quickly. The delivery guys were very polite and helpful both times. I appreciate their professionalism and knowledge. They are about 5 years apart and the functionality is about the same. These newer units have "better Smarts" to them, which is nice. because the sound that indicates the laundry is done is kinda low. So we enjoy enjoy receiving the notification on our cellphone/smart devices.

The tub inside rusted and was sharp leaving rust pieces in every load. LG SUPPORT basically told us too bad, so sad. I'd avoid it unless you want to have to buy a new one in 3 short years.
