I upgraded from a previous model and this washing machine is more efficient and clothes look cleaner than my old machine and it has better options, great purchase

I spent a couple months researching and am SO glad that I decided on these -- like other reviews say, you just have to learn how to use the machine. For those saying oh it doesn't use enough water or doesn't wash stuff right -- that is all user error. No offense, peeps! Of all my new appliances, this is my favorite!

Fits perfect in my space. Clothes wash clean in various loads and types. Takes the guess work out of it for me by preselecting the water temp and spin based on what types of clothes Im washing. Havent tried the wifi methods yet but thats a plus!

We'll see what happens with this one. The last LG lasted about 10 years before the thing wouldn't spin and made horrible noises underneath. Can't be that difficult to make a longer-lasting appliance that doesn't have to be thrown away after 10 years or less.

Holds more clothes than I could imagine. Very fast!

There are so many cool features and settings, it's hard to choose where to begin. Our old washing machine was almost 20 years old and served the purpose. This one is more efficient, uses less water, less detergent and makes less noise. I'm sorry I didn't buy it earlier this year.

Great washer with alot of features. Best Buy brought it upstairs, installed it and tested it. Very professional men for delivery. We compared this product to others and at other locations. Best buy had the best prices for this model and a quick delivery. We are very satisfied with the service and the LG Washer.

The capacity on this unit is amazing. Works excellent

We like the big load capacity of this washer and the clear lid. But HUGE problem with no light inside the washer. Our other washer had light that automatically came on when washer lid was opened. This washer has NO light inside at all, automatic or otherwise.

It'll be more meaningful to comment on this washer after we've used it for a few weeks or months, as it's much more "complicated" than any other appliance we've owned so far, and I'm not sure I'm using it to best advantage yet. The Consumer Reports gave it a high rating, so I'm hopeful I'll agree as time goes by.
