Overall the washer is a good product. Wish there was a way to turn off the sensing load when you start the load....why do I need it to sense my laundry- I want it to do what I set it for. Also, the drum is very deep- not good if your short, hard to reach the clothes on the bottom.

This washing machine is great, the balancing system works incredibly well! When washing bulky blankets this machine can do it with ease! Most of the other machines I have ever owned, would have problems balancing and wound not be able to finish the . cycle without intervention and re-distributing the load

excellent; this replaced my prior LG 5.5 cuft washer. I loved it and it lasted for 11 yrs. 3 kids who did a multiple of sports so lots of washing was done! I can't say enough about LG washer/dryer top loaders

Does what it's supposed to do, clean stuff. Only down side is that it is a little noisy. Short folks might have a tough time reaching the bottom of the wash basin to remove clothes. You might need a grabber tool to retrieve an occasional article of clothing.

The washer itself works fine, except that it is so big that we need a stool to reach the bottom (our mistake). The installation was incorrect-- the input hoses were connected backwards. This was easy for me to fix, but we ruined clothing before we figured this out. The installation company- Domani Transport LLC-- took three months to consider the claim for damages, then refused the claim because the installation team lied about the backwards installation. If you have a washer installed by Best Buy, watch the team carefully and double check everything before they leave.

I went back to a top loader after having a front loader for years. Be sure to check the depth of wash basin. I am 5'6" with relatively long arms and I am having trouble reaching clothes in the bottom of washer. Functions great- no complaints. Looks good - just a very deep basin

I like the Wifi feature as I know how long is left on the washer and I get a notification on my cell phone when it is completed. The large drum space is also nice as I can do comforters. It also has a feature to download cycles, which adds around 15 more to choose from.

I purchased this washer dryer 2 years ago. They are life saver. Saves me alot of time. Excellent experience as expected.

I’m still getting a hang of all the buttons and features it comes with, but it works great. I really feel like it saves a lot of money and the app it comes with makes it easy to track and learn things about it. No complaints so far

This is the best washing machine ever. I thought I wanted one with an agitator; however, the clothes come out so clean and dry that my drying time has significantly reduced!! Absolute beat purchase and the salesman and delivery team was outstanding!!

I love that these sync up and alert you when they’re finished! My laundry is in a separate part of the house so I don’t hear the signal from the machine when it’s done and then tend to forget about it. Having it notify me on my phone is so helpful!

We've had it for a month and use it almost every day. So far it has worked well. It uses VERY little water in the normal cycles, but we use the extra water feature to make sure the clothes are really clean/ (We may just be wasting water, but we feel better!).

So far so good. But I still decided to get a Geek Squad Protection plan due to my history with washing machines. HAHA

I purchased this over the phone with a Best Buy associate. Super helpful, listened to exactly what I wanted and provided a great suggestion. Delivery service was fast, easy and clean. Will definitely be purchasing more appliances from Best Buy.

After waiting for what seemed forever, due to backorders, I was able to order this washing machine at a sale price. This was replacing my old LG that lasted about 10yrs. Delivery was delayed because of schedule conflicts on my end. Delivery day arrived and all was good. The two gentlemen who were delivering were professional, neat and respectful enough to call to let me know their ETA. Installation was fine, no issues, installers ran water and did a spin again with no issues. Fast forward to the following morning, did a full cycle, went into my kitchen about an hour later and there was WATER EVERYWHERE!!!!!! The machine was leaking from the bottom and stopped spinning. My entire laundry room was flooded. I had read some other reviews stating this but ignored them, shame on me! No I do not recommend this machine. Do yourselves a favor and go with a SPEED QUEEN!

I was skeptical with the low agitator. The Turbo Wash is great! The Water Plus feature is awesome. I actually do like the way it knows how much water to use, but also giving me the option to select Water Plus. It’s only been 2weeks , but I am pleasantly surprised.

We purchased the washing machine as part of a matching set with the dryer. The machine is great and has a self-balancing mode which levels the clothes before washing. As it has no impeller it cleans the cloths perfectly in 1/2 the time of a normal washer.

Doing the laundry is a chore but now it's one you don't have to worry about. Set one of the many washing cycles and forget about it. It will even notify you on your smart phone when the cycle is complete.

Wife is loving them, even if the washer is so deep I think I'm going to come home to her stuck in there ,head first feet in air. LoL little more whistles than I wanted. But as long as they hold up, no biggie.
