I absolutely love this washing machine! It’s super quiet, it does a wonderful job of cleaning your clothes and I really love being able to connect to wifi and use the app! I definitely recommend this washing machine.

We have had this washing machine for about a month now. We love it! It does what it should. It's actually a little thinner than our previous machine, though the inside is slightly bigger, so it gives up a bit more room in the laundry room.

Meets all my expectations. Be aware that the lid is quite large. I am unable to completely open the lid, because it hits my overhead cabinets. Measure your clearance before buying this unit.

Good match for my LG dryer. Love the top load after having an LG front load. Cleans clothes very well but I always add extra water. What I don't like is that on the Normal cycle you can not add the Water Plus so I use Turbo to get that.

Easy to use with good washing selections. Faster than my old machine. Deep bin holds plenty, have used for queen sized comforter. At 5'2", I do stand on tip toes to reach the bottom. Graphite Steel color looks sleek in my laundry room.

Been a little reluctant to buy an LG product due to its local reputation as being hard to get parts and service, but this one appears to be doing well. Works well and grandson loves it. A little on the pricey side but it seems to be a decent product,

A little complicated and over powered. It was difficult to get it balanced, and needs periodic adjustments, but my floor isn't exactly perfect. We haven't had any mechanical or electrical issues. All in all a good washer.

Good washer, I have had it for a while. There is a slight mildew smell, I run the clean washer cycle every two months. Still did not prevent it. The delicate cycle will leave ur clothes very wet.

Extremely impressed. What a difference in my old agitator modal. Didn’t think we’d use the bells and whistles. Actually found the downloadable wash mode useful along with the phone notification when the wash is done.

There is a steep learning curve, but worth the effort. It will wash almost any item. I recommend adding an extra rinse cycle for some fabrics, however, which may otherwise still have detergent remaining on the item.

Nice size and everything is working well. Clothes come out clean. However, I did have to rewash one load that didn't come out as clean as expected. Will have to find a user manual online, because I am not familiar with all of the features on the machine.

I love the LG brand and have had other LG washers. This one is a step up and has additional features that I am starting to learn more about. The clean I get with the clothes is superior and I couldn’t be happier that I spent the extra money for the upgraded model.

Bought this machine last month for our new home and it doesn't work. Best buy installed it and it ran through the first cycle just fine. We tried to use the machine for the first time a couple of weeks ago and we realized the tub isn't rotating. It just vibrates, clicks and makes a grinding sound. Minutes after making these sounds, the machine starts beeping and flashing LE on the screen. We tried resetting the machine as the LG website suggests, but it didn't work. So we called Best Buy, which connected us to LG to schedule a home visit. First off, it takes a minimum of 3 days to process the request, then it takes a few days for a local company to take the job and call us to schedule the appt - so just that process took a little over a week. The day finally arrives when a tech can come see our machine only for him to say the machine is useless and that he has to order a whole new motor. What is the point of having bought a brand new machine if we can't even use it! The tech was nice at least, but he said the part will take at least a week to arrive. So he writes his report and leaves. This weekend I received a call from his company only to be informed that the part is BACKORDERED for at least 2 weeks. (enter frustrated words and expressions here!?!) Needless to say we had to go to a laundromat to do all our laundry all while our new, useless washer sits in our house, and our BestBuy credit card is still expected to be paid on time. We are ridiculously beyond angry and completely disappointed. So basically, buyer beware!

I love this washer. No getting tangled in an agitator and it is deep enough to wash my King Size comforter. Definitely not as noisy as the front loader I replaced. Also seems to wash faster than my old washing machine.

I LOVE IT! I TRUST LG APPLIANCES. MY HOME BURNED DOWN FROM A DEFECTIVE CLOTHES DRYER SO THE APPLIANCES I PUT IN MY HOME MUST BE SAFE AND I MUST TRUST THEM I TRUST LG.

This was the only Store that had the model that we wanted. They also had a warranty plan. We are Happy! Since Sears went out of business ...this will be our choice of Store for Appliances and Computers.

This is a great washer. It is very quiet and has every feature you could ever need. It holds a lot of clothes. My only issue is that I am very short and I have to use tongs to get clothes out of the bottom. It is very deep.
