I should have given it one star. If you have done laundry for decades and know how to do your laundry don't buy this machine. The manufacturers have decide they know best and it is just about impossible to set the settings to your methods. The machine about shredded my Egyptian cotton bath mat. It won't let me tell it what temperatures, etc, on some cycles yes but not most that I use, the way I have been washing for years. I should have purchased an inexpensive washing machine where I could easily set the setting to what I have found to be the best way of washing our clothes.

Although I'm happy with my washer, there are a couple of things I would do differently with the technology it has. However, I can't speak about my dryer yet because I haven't received it. I will be receiving it next month.

Still very new and appears to work well - impressive large wash basket No user manual came with washer and hard to find online - still trying to get spec’s on water consumption.

Product would get 5 stars if it would connect to the internet. When I purchased an LG television from another source and paid to have it installed the installer connected it to my satellite and my WiFi.

I have not tried all of the cycles, but I am pleased with those I have. The drum is deep and my blankets came out well. I like the text message feature telling me my laundry is finished- saves me additional trips downstairs.

Love the capacity of this washer and the water saving ability. I am always looking for energy saving products and this fits the bill. I can now wash comforters with ease and not have to worry about the center agitator.

Beautiful on the outside and very functional inside. This is our first HE washer and boy did we pick a winner. The turbo wash is very effective in agitating to laundry. Love the little jingle it plays when it’s done.

This is the second LG washer and Dryer set. The last ones I had for 6 years and sold it with our house. This new set is great! Works well. It’s a little pricey but you get what you pay for.

5 Stars but just like the Dryer, I am not SMART enough to figure out this unit yet. It as more functions than the standard ones I have used in the past. I have ZERO complaints and Happy I bought this set.

Decided to upgrade our washer / dryer and chose LG washer / dryer combo … newest technology with controls looked daunting but had no issues with the controls … washer / dryer works great …

Reviewed a few different washers and this was the best. When we started using it with the LG App, amazing amount of washing features. So far so good.

Great buy. Love this machine. Washes my king size comforter and cleans my 1 year and 4 year old stained clothes easily. No need for extra detergent or a spot stain remover.

We were extremely impressed with the size of this washer. Great for people who are constantly washing bedding. The download feature is awesome! Never had an impeller washer before and I highly recommend due to extra size.

Already have a loud whining noise during spin/rinse cycle. Sounds like a bad pump or plastic gears grinding. It has gotten worse over time. Missed the "return" date so now having to schedule service w/ LG. We'll see how that goes w/ the COVID-19 issues at hand. Understanding that it is a mechanical device, I am still very disappointed that we're having this happen so early from an LG product. We have definitely become LG fans over the past 8 to 10 yrs. Best Buy has not done anything wrong here, so no issues there. Given this experience, my recommendations and ratings vary a little. I'll update this review after its fixed.

I have had the washing machine for several months now. It is amazing how much fits in one cycle. I love that there is nothing inside the drum to snag or catch straps from clothing.

I'm real impressed with how High-end and small it is despite the actual drum being large. Replaced a Samsung that failed which was larger in size but smaller in capacity. Highly recommend.

We are very happy with the appearance, stability and functions of our new LG washer. The specialist from Best Buy were kind and knowledgeable. They carefully installed the washer then gave us a quick tutorial.

Unlike Costco whose logistics service is a disaster; answers to questions were clear and timely and delivery happened on time as promised. Installers were competent, polite and efficient.

Had for about a year. No issues. Kind of loud on start up when spinning the clothes. Other than that it is relatively quiet with laundry door shut. No issues with electronic. Good product.
