Had for about a year. No issues. Kind of loud on start up when spinning the clothes. Other than that it is relatively quiet with laundry door shut. No issues with electronic. Good product.

The time and energy that is no longer wasted in washing the laundry multiple times is a major relief!! This has helped out in more ways then one, the features are awesome and very helpful!!

Love the features and depth of tub in washer, makes washing comforters and larger items easier and no going to laundromat. Can wash anything in comfort of my own home!!

really like this washer. It gives the clothes enough water. For some reason no matter what setting i put it on hot water still comes out.I've tried everything and just can't seem to get all cold watet

Washes clothes like a washer should. HOWEVER, after about two months of use, it's been plagued with the LG "won't turn on" issue. Pressing the power button won't turn on the washer. Fix, Unplug, hold the power button for 5 sec. then the start for 5 sec. plug back in and it will work. This seems like a common problem, just do a web search for LQ washer won't turn on. The fix, buy a new control board for anywhere from $600 - $1000+ part. I should have purchased the extended warranty...

Switched to a top loader from a front loader. No looking back for us. Beautful looking machines works great. Sounds like a great warranty if i ever need it.

I absolutely love this washer!! I am very glad that I went with a top loader after having 2 front loaders. I love that it can be connected to WiFi as well and notifies you when your load is finished.

Large capacity is nice but does not dry thoroughly. You have to change the sensor setting to more or very every time if you want dry clothes.

I purchased this unit last July, along with the matching dryer. I would have given it 5 stars until about 2 weeks ago when the washer started making a loud whining sound when it was turning to agitate the clothes and during the spin cycle to expel the water. It almost sounds like to belt is slipping or something is keeping it from spinning. Trying to contact customer service to see what the issue might be.

Excellent washing machine. Simple to use and very efficient. I love the large drum as I can even wash all the bedding including the comforters. Love this washer.

After reading many reviews for the washer I decided to purchase it. I have enjoyed my new washer and it does a great job of cleaning the clothes.

Love this washer, and the app is a great feature. I've used the remote start several times, and the app is great to remind me i have a load of laundry that needs switched over!

It's so deep that my wife needs a step stool to even reach the bottom. You could wash a small land animal in there if you wanted.

I love the washer but one issue is I use the tide pods and on my work scrubs I can still see the detergent in them. I feel like the washer doesn't fill up with enough water at times.

Delivery on this unit has two problems: 1) The "Rinse and Spin" cycle takes 30 minutes, as compared to most washers which take 15 minutes, The installer left before the cycle finished. 2) The drain pump was dead on arrival. We spent six hours arranging a replacement washer for delivery in two days. The contract installer did not stay for the complete "Rinse and Spin" cycle the second time, either. However the drain pump did work. Other problems: The instruction manual is extremely generic, written for multiple models. There is no button by button explanation of what each setting does. Some of us do not like using trail and error to determine the correct settings.

I only had them a few month's. But all I have to say is Awesome! It's like the Rolls-Royce of washer & dryers the technology of these machine's are great, very smooth operation.

We have had whirlpools all the time, we tried one of the newest fancy brands. Not even close! U must have a heavy duty at a great price like this one!
