I only had them a few month's. But all I have to say is Awesome! It's like the Rolls-Royce of washer & dryers the technology of these machine's are great, very smooth operation.

Love my new LG washing machine. It works great. It makes a loud noise but maybe because it’s upstairs. Also I couldn’t connect to wifi idk why.

We have only had the washer a short time, but it's been working great. Delivery was on time & the team were friendly & efficient. So far a great experience.

What took me so long to go back to a top loader machine. No stinky smell and my clothes are so much cleaner. I absolutely love to do laundry now!

Delivery on this unit has two problems: 1) The "Rinse and Spin" cycle takes 30 minutes, as compared to most washers which take 15 minutes, The installer left before the cycle finished. 2) The drain pump was dead on arrival. We spent six hours arranging a replacement washer for delivery in two days. The contract installer did not stay for the complete "Rinse and Spin" cycle the second time, either. However the drain pump did work. Other problems: The instruction manual is extremely generic, written for multiple models. There is no button by button explanation of what each setting does. Some of us do not like using trail and error to determine the correct settings.

LG does appliance right. Got on sale and couldn't beat the price - feature set. Be sure to follow user manual to get the most out of it. Speed and less water use.

I love my washers function and the stainless. My only problem is I am short and the tub is very deep. But the tub having a large capacity is certainly a huge benefit!

I really like my new lg washer. The only thing that could be better is the directions to the different settings and how to use them. Also as a senior I am having diffulty with the app.

Love the look. Easy to use. Effective. Quiet. Insignificant complaint is the required long hold (like 2 seconds) to activate - not really an issue, just different than I'm used to.

The levels of performance this washer offers is outstanding! All of the presets and smart washing features are a must! I didn’t think I’d want them, now I can’t live without them!

So far I love it had front loader before this and definitely like not having the rubber molding going around the door that starts to stink

We love the top loader very much! The biggest love is the machine gages how much water to use so we are so efficient to this. The clothes comes out fantastic!

I'm extremely pleased with this top loader. I follow the directions on how to load the machine, use the correct type of soap and have very clean clothes that smell good.

After researching washing machines online and reading a bunch of different reviews on a number of websites, we decided to go with an LG product because LG was always at the top of the ratings.

Impossible to connect to WiFi and that is one of the reasons I purchased this model. It gets signal but has some complicated issues with network settings.

We’ve had this washer for a couple of months. So far it has worked great. We previously had a LG washer and dryer and live the quality of these products.

Great LG rating reviews ..... good sale price .... hoping for GREAT performance. I would recommend based on EXPECTATIONS, but can NOT rate quality, value, or ease of use yet.

The washer is well made and performing as expected. It takes a little time to learn all of the functions but we are happy with this purchase.

Loved it at first! However 11 months in and it is turning off during the wash cycle. Now I have a tub full of wet clothes. We have to wait 6 days for Geek Squad to come out and the washer isn’t even a year old! Very frustrating!

Switched back from a front loader to this top loader. Cleans well, plenty of cycles and I'm just overall pleased with this washer. Glad I made the switch almost 3 months in.
