    Bought this washer to replace a Samsung topload that blew its top twice. So far, the LG has worked wonderfully. Quiet, efficient wash cycles are great.

    Great washer. Liked the tub was stainless steel and there were a large number of cycles. Runs quietly and is energy efficient. Top of the line.

    Expensive. Couldnt connect it to wifi/app (but who actually needs to remote control their washer and dryer). Otherwise its good

    The last washer that broke down was nothing compared to this one, this washer will really clean your white shirts, I am amazed how clean and white my white shirt came out.

    This is the best washer I have ever brought - hands down! I was very faithful to Samsung for years and unfortunately there were always issue. This machine works flawlessly!

    I give only one star not to the product. I gave it to bestbuy. After I paid for three years for securityin case something happen to the product. According to bestbuy that information does not appear in my bestbuy account. They never return the phone calls. Did not help with the issue with the machine. My son called several times and they had us waiting and nobody answered. Now I can not wash my clothes. Bestbuy irresponsible and dont care.

    Delivery/assembly guy was too lazy . Didn’t assemble,didn’t delivered the old washing machine too. He is just so lazy.

    There is a known defect where this washer will not turn on. I found a temporary "fix" for this is to unplug the machine for ~10 mins then plug back in and press and hold the on button. This is happening more frequently and is a pain! I've had this machine just over a year. Junk! LG should recall and fix.

    Love this machine, its awesome. The only issue is its really deep so i need a step stool to get to the bottom of the barrel not a deal breaker though.
