We like the fact that the washer and dryer communicate over WIFI. Downside, this thing is obnoxiously loud. When it engages into the spin cycle one would think their house is coming down. Do not recommend.

Even with the extra water feature, however, the machine "wash" cycle is sluggish and much of the cycle is simply a slow spin in alternating directions. Large bedding items, (i.e, king size mattress pad) do NOT rinse well. To be fully rinsed, two - three cycles might be required. Very disappointing for a highly rated machine.

I can tell you my previous washer that I had for 14 yrs did a far superior job compared to this product. This model keeps stopping in the middle of the cycle with or with a code showing. You have a either take out clothes, add clothes or adjust the load to "balance" the delicate machine. It doesn't complete the cycle with anything I do. I have to turn the power off then on and spin cycle to complete the load. Sometimes it says water flow is low. There nothing wrong with the water flow in the house. Even though the manual says don't over fill with clothes over the fill line you can't fill more than half the tub or it wont finish the cycle. Also doesn't fill water over the load, clothes are dry at top when swooshing begins. And its a slow swoosh, not the one in marketing promos. And definitely do not purchase if you have a loved one with incontinence. It will not clean and leaves remnants on the sheets. I have to re-wash several times. Tired of babysitting just to see what it wont do next! Customer Service wont help. Gives excuses that's it not a warranty issue....I regret purchasing it!

Posted .How to Get the Best Results from a HE Top Load Washer: Always use a laundry detergent with the HE label. These products are formulated to create fewer suds which is important since so much less water is used. More is not better when there is less water in the mix. Most loads only require one to two teaspoons of HE liquid laundry detergent or one single-dose pack. If you do not use the automatic detergent dispensers, place the detergent in the bottom of the drum BEFORE you add your dirty clothes. All single dose laundry packs must be placed in the bottom of the washer - never the dispenser. This will give the detergent the longest amount of time in the water to help get your clothes clean. When you load a HE top load washer, do not pile the clothes in the center. Evenly distribute the dirty clothes around the edges of the wash plate. This will help balance the load more quickly and speed the wash cycle. For best performance, load clothes as shown in manual on page 14. Load clothes loosely, and do not load clothes over the maximum guideline on the tub. Clothes need room to circulate in order to get clean.
