    Had to get a second one as the first one wouldn't drain. Best buy costumer service was very helpful and sent out a new one right away. New one works great.

    Tub is a little too deep. Had to step on my toes to get to the bottom of the tub. Tore up some of my garments. Trading in for one that has a agitator and a smaller tub.
