I was hesitate to purchase L.G. at first, I have had the dryer for only 2 weeks so far... but love it. quiet, lesser vibration, many options, good looking. The tub is so big on this that I can put 5 sets of sheets in one load, with clean results. so far, would say, highly recommend.

This washer replaced my 15 year old front loader, also an LG. I though my front loader was large, this machine is huge. What I thought were large loads seem small in this machine. It is whisper quite and seems to clean so much better than my last machine. I totally recommend this LG top loader.

I wasn't sure about this washing machine when I first started using it. The key is using all the different settings the right way. Don't use the normal setting if you have a large load. Works fine for small or medium loads. Use deep wash for large or bigger loads. I find that pods work better than liquid detergent. Use 2 for large and more if you fill it to capacity. This machine can hold a lot. Print out what the different settings are used for and put it next to the washer. This helps others figure out how to use it. It's not hard once you get used to it. Overall it cleans very well and I'm happy with it.

This washer can hold a lot of clothes! I was so surprised by this. It seems to clean the clothes well with not too much noise from the washer. Only problem is that I am only 5' tall and it is hard to get the clothes at the very bottom. I need to use a step stool.

Washer holds so many clothes, I don't think ive ever had a chance to fill it up. It cleans great with no issues and not super loud. My only issue is the wifi connectivity is hit or miss. Took me a while to get it working. Other than that, i have no problems recommending this to anyone else.

I bought this to fit my super fluffy king size comforter and it fits great! I did not need to "stuff it in" at all. The washer performance is also great and is quiet. Since my washer and dryer are in the basement I also enjoy that the LG thin Q app tells me when the wash cycle is complete right on my phone.

LG has been our go to product for a while now. We replaced our 11 year old front loader set that was still in good condition. Needed a larger drum for our king blankets. I was tired of going to the laundromat. It washes fast and my clothes feel and smell cleaner

Pros: Super quiet, HUGE capacity, lots of cycles Cons: Deep drum, hard to get all of the clothes out (5' 3" wife bought a grabber to get socks out, husband 5' 7" can reach) This is a fine trade off for the huge capacity. I used to do two loads of dark clothes each week, now I just do one as it all fits.

Love the top load. Much quieter than my old lg front loader that was limping along after 12 years. Hopefully, the design last longer than 12 years due to less stress on bearings being there is constant downward pressure instead of the counterweighted spring assisted from load drum that puts weight on bearings unless perfectly level and balanced. I like the LG wifi notifcations. Only issue i see is you lose a flat top to put detergent on while filling. Also the detergent tray is a bit flimsy. I tested and researched all other main stream frontloaders and this seems to have a better build that will last longer with less weak points to break. Also, my old LG was easy to work on...so...hopefully i never have to work on this but...i know i can.

My Boesh washer died... would never buy another Boesh. After much research I found the LG. Love it so much. Large capacity & can even can wash a king size comforter. Loved it so much that when the dryer went sent my husband to buy the matching dryer.

Excellent washer, large capacity and super quiet (it was installed in the second floor, close to the bedrooms). I like the variety of programs, it makes it very versatile. I am not a fan of the top loads because they do not balance well, but I do not have the problem with this LG.

Load size is incredible. Quietness is amazing. All the setting... wow! We’ve already seen a reduction in water and electric usage from this washer alone. And no longer are the days filled with load after losing of laundry. Could t be happier.

I love my washer. The drum is gigantic. It’s a quiet wash and clothes are clean. I haven’t purchased a washer and dryer since separating from the military as a spouse. I love LG. And to top it off the bell tones are so cute signaling wash or dryer is compete

The tub is exceptionally large and I expected I would need a step stool, based on many reviews of the machine. At 5'1", with a bad back, I have had virtually no problems reaching the bottom of the drum to unload the machine. I have removed the step stool from my shopping list. I was happy to discover that, while the initial estimate for operating time was about an hour and a half, after the sensing operation, the time was actually about an hour at most. My only complaint is that the owner's manual is not very informative and, although the operations manual is available on-line, I have had a lot of trouble accessing it. I have figured out most of the stuff myself, but would really like to know what all the settings are. It's ridiculous that the operations manual is not provided with the machine.

This is the best washer we have ever owned. We have always had Whirpool until now. This washer is so quiet, you can barely hear it running. The cycles are a little long but the clothes come out clean and there is plenty of water even without adding the extra rinse. We have only been using for a week, but so far no complaints.

Smart tech washer. It dry spins clothing and analyzes load size to perform wash at most effective cycle and water level saving owner time and money. Fairly quiet operating noise level. Large capacity is nice when needed for large blankets etc.

Love my machine, but please know that if you purchase ANYTHING near black Friday (my purchase was the Friday BEFORE) through New Year's that sale prices at BEST BUY that occur AFTER your purchase will not be honored by a refund EVEN if it says so on the web site. I tangled with online support for 45 minutes and was finally told I would have to take my online only order refund request to the local store which NEVER answered their phone over a period of weeks. What follows is Best Buy's policy, which I copied from their website: *We match our online and app prices on in-store purchases and our in-store prices on online and app purchases. *If we lower our in-store, online or app price during the return and exchange period, we will match our lower price, upon request. *Our Price Match Guarantee covers new items (excludes clearance and open-box items). One price match per identical item, per customer, at the current pre-tax price available to all customers is allowed. I say my purchase falls within the guarantee outlines EXCEPT that they had an addendum posted a week later saying they would not honor their policy between Black Friday and New Year's. That close to a quarter of their business cycle.

love this washer! we upgraded from a 4.7 CU Whirlpool we used to have issues on tumble and unstable with larger loads but no longer! we put in a kings size comforter and it performed amazing no malfunctions, balancing issues it was great! love the adjustable settings too.

Previously owned Samsung and the LG washer and dryer are by far more sturdy, quieter and perform better. The buying experience at Best Buy was flawless and pickup was easy and on the date promised. Highly recommend Best Buy and the LG appliances.

Fantastic unit, cleans well but not as well as our maytag front loader. Quiet operation. The app can be a pain during the initial setup.
