I just bought this product. How can you review a product that is so new? Check back closer to the expiration of the warranty. That’s when they are likely to break.

I had a LG Washer before this one & it was perfect! It was quiet unlike this one. It’s too noisy!!! I got rid of the other one because it was leaking after about 10 years so no big deal but just the other day this one leaked and I got to call to see why it is leaking. I stuck with LG because of the one I had before but now I wish I had switched to Maytag. Also I see this one is going to be my like my older and rust in the area where the Clorox goes. Bad choice this time & wish I could get rid of it. Also I thought this one would light up but it does not.

The washer was delivered and installed on Saturday 5/30/2020. The installers ran through a cycle without any load and it went fine. Today, as i was trying to put my first small load (1/4 tub full clothes), it started making weird loud noises. Called and talked to GeekSquad. Made them listen to that loud noise and they said it needs to be replaced as the product installed has an issue with the motor or some component. The GeekSquad agent transferred me to Appliance specialist for a return/exchange. The specialist was first not able to pull my order which is hard for me to believe. When i gave him the order number, he stated that he will transfer me to the return/exchange team. I may have had a lemon product however the first impression has not been good. I only called Best Buy since it was within a return policy. I'll update this Review when i can and if there is a resolution. So far bad experience, bad product.

I bought this washer Jan 10, 2022. It is not what I expected based on the price and positive reviews. The normal cycle doesn't have enough water to get the laundry completely wet. The deep wash cycle barely moves the laundry. I have to use the heavy duty cycle to get enough water to wet & wash the laundry. Also, there's a noise that sounds like something metal is loose inside. I'll be contacting Best Buy for service. I don't believe it's operator error.

I'm on my second lemon of this model---in both cases, the machine has the horrific grinding sound during the wash cycle that sounds like metal on metal. In both cases this happened on the very first load....and I'm now going on 8 weeks without a washing machine. NOT HAPPY is an understatement. Additionally, Best Buy's automated phone system is a joke, getting an appointment for service or return is next to impossible and I have told them it's going on the front porch for them to pick up at their convenience--since that's how they operate---at THEIR convenience. Giving one star because zero is not an option. Incredibly disappointed.

I am 5’9” and It’s a real stretch to get to the bottom of the Washer. If you are vertically challenged, this may not be the best washer for you !

I’m not happy with how loud it is and that there’s no light inside.

Big capacity for my family needs. Noisy washer compared to my old one. Sound like metal are grinding while using. Don’t know if its normal or something wrong with it.

This product is not as good as our old LG washer. It is loud, does not come with a fabric softener button, if you use fabric softener you need to put on an extra rinse, the manual does not come with a schematic drawing of your selection button the drain hose no longer comes with a lip so the draining of water is loud too, we wrapped a gasket around the hose to prevent this, you can hear the spindle turning which never happened on our older LG, Hard to find certified LG repair people in our state for some reason. Need to use Turbo Wash to actually wash your clothes which uses more water. This washer was not an improvement by the company. Very disappointing

The washer wont washer a comforter well it leaves detergent in the middle of it.

Originally bought the washer LG was not delivered on the time it was given. Went back to the outlet store in person chose another whirlpool got delivered but still not installed the machine is giving error code unusable to solve the problems. Net result no washing machine. Trying ti call and wait and wait for appointments net result is zero. A company like Best Buy it is a real disappointment

Wish the tub would move with more force. Clothes gets cleaned but just looks sloggish which is weird

Overall was fine. Large capacity is great but uses way too much water.

Spins rough, a lot of noise. Very difficult to reach into bottom of tub.
