    I’ve had it for 10 weeks and it’s not working. The LG service repair cannot get here for a month. I purchased there geek squad protection only to find out bestbuy cancelled it without telling me. I will never buy appliances from them again.

    Machine has been a big disappointment

    I will be contacting customer service regarding this purchase. The washer does not finish it’s cycles or skips them. Where the cycle time for a particular chosen load might indicate 60 minutes, it finishes in roughly 28 minutes. After some loads have finished there might be laundry detergent left in the soap dispenser. I always use less than the recommended amount of soap.

    Washing machine terrible

    The 1st one we bought needed replaced within a couple months due to a sensor and imbalance in the drum. The one we have now creates a bad scum and mildew smell. It also builds up a residue on the inside of the drum that is impossible to get out. It has bad sensors that dont get your clothes wet enough to clean properly.

    Steer clear! I purchased this machine and it arrived defective. Best Buy set up a replacement for me and that one arrived defective as well. It makes a horrible grinding sound and cannot complete a wash cycle. I wish I could add video to better explain the noise. It is awful.

    This washer does not clean clothes. I have tried every combination of buttons, but clothes are not being cleaned. Hour plus wash times for dirty clothes. Do not waste your money or time with this washer.

    Never had so many issues with a washing machine Have only used it about 5 times so far and every time the washer throws an error, and you have to restart the entire cycle again. If you select spin only, it somehow still adds water to the tank and rinses again. Cannot get through a single load of laundry without baby sitting it and watching for the error. Waiting to hear back from LG technicians to come take a look at it...

    Front bottom of washer is scratched -paint removed

    Very disappointed that the front of this washer is scratched. Didn't see it until the first load of laundry. Should have inspected closer when it was being installed but the entire front of it was dirty. So just cleaned it before doing first load today. Wish someone would call me about this as I just wait and wait for the ability to talk with someone, and I am in an "elite" status. I blame the installers because they took the washer out of box before carrying upstairs.

    Very Unsatisfactory Purchase

    Unfortunately this washing machine is not getting my clothing clean. Most of my loads are done on cold wash with regular cycle. The machine is not removed minor amounts of food dropped on clothing. This is not just spots, this is the actual food. This is a very disappointing purchase.

    Does not wash well. Does not use enough water during wash. I could see as it was washing that there were items at the very top that were dry and could see the detergent on the top. Some items still had detergent after the cycle was complete. Also, does not let you adjust certain settings with some cycles.

    Bought this and it arrived defective. got a replacement a week later and got surprise surprise ANOTHER defective washer. So now I am stuck with 2 weeks worth of laundry and a defective washer because best buy wants to me wait another week to pick this worthless junk!

    Leaves lint on clothes. Very noticeable on black clothes. We don't dry everything in the dryer, so that doesn't remove the lint. We also don't want to line dry our clothes, then air dry them in the dryer. Shouldn't have these issues with how much we paid for the washer. LG "hints" did nothing to fix the issue. It's past the date of return and we don't know what to do at this point.

    Struggling to get refund for damaged item

    Dont Buy open box items .. the item arrived in damaged condition on multiple attempts . Returned without installation for the 2 attempts. 3rd attempt no one showed up. Cancellation of the order is completed without refund. Reached out to customer care several times but still I am not able to get refund even after 45 days...

    Detergent dispenser frequently gets clogged and the presets make hard to wash laundry on cold water setting which is what most clothing manufacturers seem to recommend. I am sorry i spent so much money on such a disappointing product.

    Dont buy this washer, go buy maytag. Complete waste of money. It does not wash my bedding, it keeps on spinning and keeps on adding water even after a 1 1/2 hour. Soap residue stays on your clothes after the wash. Never had any of these issues with my maytag washer.

    DO NOT buy this machine. i've had 2 in 4 months and they both make loud metal on metal sound during wash and rinse cycles. A new agitator was put in the second one and still did not fix the problem. Getting the parts replaced and the follow-up/customer service has been terrible.
